Today was my husband and I’s first visit to the office. The staff is PHENOMENAL! They were accommodating, they work well together. Dr. Martindale was a pleasure to work with. My teeth feel amazing after my clean. The office is clean and well ventilated. We have found a new home right here in Griffin!

If you have a fear of dental visits, Dr. Martindale and his staff is the right place for you. Im truly grateful to have found Dr. Martindale an his staff. Some of the ladies even wiped my tears, so sweet. Thanks to the sedation, I was able to make my mouth healthy again. Still have a procedure or 2 left but after todays procedure, I really wanted to leave my review. I actually give them a ten!!! Once again, thank you all very much.

All I can say is OMG!! This place is so amazing. I wished that I would have known about this facility years ago. The whole staff is so caring and I appreciate that to the fullest. They have such bedside manners, go out their way to explain the process of every procedure that must take place with your 🦷 and will not let you leave until you fully understand from cleaning, tooth extraction, bridges, implants or simple as a cleaning. I had a tooth extracted, didn’t even know he had pulled it. Did I mention “No Pain”, that’s right. I don’t leave reviews but after going here, it was a must. Thank you 💕💕I will forever be a patient.

Everyone is here is very nice! They always make sure youre comfortable. Even the person at the front window has a great attitude. The facility is clean and well maintained everything is up to date. Martindale himself is very pleasant. I am very glad I found this office!

This dentist is the best that I have been to since I was a child. They are very professional and the customer service is beyond GREAT! From the front office to the back office staff...everyone is really nice and always greets you with a smile. Dr. Martindale was very patient with me and explained all of the treatment my teeth needed extremely well. The best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! I am nervous nelly when it comes to my dentist appointments. I just never had a good experience until I met Martindale Dentistry! The staff hands down are the best group of people they make you feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Martindale is talented, patient and has a wonderful demeanor - for a dentist, thats like super great and rare. We just moved to Griffin one month ago. So, when I had a filling fall out and I was in pain, I needed to find a dentist quickly. Another office was going to have me wait over 2 weeks to be seen, even with pain. This office was able to see me same day!I am terrified of the dentist. Like violently shaking scared. This office helped calm me from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. They did everything in their power to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Hes gentle, friendly, professional and tells you everything hes doing and how youre going to feel. They are affordable and there are no surprise fees. Dr. Mark Martindale and his staff are top notch for the dental industry. This office made provisions to see me within a day of a tooth issue. You feel very welcome once you walk in the door. I have always been a scaredy cat when it came to seeing a dentist. I was very pleasantly surprised by Dr.Martindale and his staff! They really put me at ease and explained everything, which helps a lot when you are uneasy about a situation. I still have much work that needs to be done, but I dont dread it now like I did before my first visit.

Just came from Dr. Martindale Office once again.....It is like a family reunion ..In the past few years Dr. Martindale and staff have had to a lot of work in my mouth crowns ,two triple bridges , a cap, he received a bridge from the lab and did not like the way it looked so he sent it back...Old school (INTEGRITY) with modern technology....Dr. Martindale and technicians ( you are to cool for school)

I’ve only had 2 visits with Martindale, and I had to have 2 extractions. He is AMAZING! Talked me through the whole thing, kept asking if I was okay, and the staff is PHENOMENAL! My family and I have found our forever dentist!

A bit disappointed. I was in and out fast, but all they did was tell me I needed my tooth pulled, which I already knew and were hoping they would do on the visit. Gave me a few prescriptions, upon 2 of them I already have at home and have been taking with no relief. Service was fast, but not happy about paying $106 to be told I need a tooth removed, considering I already knew that. Left out of there in more pain then I came in with, and $106 less in my bank account.

Some of the best dental care Ive ever recieved. The staff there are true professionals and treat you with nothing but respect and kindness. Definitely never changing!!!

As my husband doesnt have insurance martindale was the most affordable dentist i found and also very convenient to our location. There was no long wait like big chain offices. Very friendly and kind and caring staff. Very informative before doing any procedure. I am so glad i searched instead of settling for a bug chain dentist office.

This was my first visit to martindale family dentistry.I havent been to the debt is in a long time due to a very bad experience. But, with a massive toothache, I finally gave in and came to them.When you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome and a huge smile by Adrianna. She immedeitaley made me feel a little more at ease.Then Kaitlin (assistant) came and got me and explained everything to me. Was very sweet, funny and accomodating. She made me relax even more. She was wonderful.Have to mention Lynn as well.. although she didnt work on me.. she cam in and helped me relax as well. The people in the office were very welcoming with a pleasant waiting area. The dental assistant was very kind and gentle. The dentist mr. martindale was very caring about my child’s teeth and informative.

Friendly staff and great dentist.

The initial visit itself was great, friendly staff, great people. I was impressed.However, I am severely disappointed in this moment. I was referred to Southern Oral orthodontist, and I have had an appointment scheduled for weeks. I called Martindale Family Dentistry two weeks ago and requested that they send over my x-rays to Southern Oral for this appt so I did not have to have another unnecessary x-ray to pay for, and called again a second time yesterday to remind them to send them over. The women who answered the phone agreed and said they would. After clocking out at my job, missing work, and driving from PEACHTREE CITY to GRIFFIN for this specific appointment, I find out they they never sent over the x-rays to my orthodonist. And on top of it, their office in Griffin is closed today, so my doctor could not get ahold of them.I know mistakes happen, but because of this major inconvenience I am pretty upset by this. This was very important. Went from 5 star to 3.

Dr. Martindale and his staff went above and beyond to help me with my VA claim for bruxism and migraine headaches. Thanks to Dr. Martindale and his staff the VA service connected my bruxism and migraine headaches. I can’t think them enough. I highly recommend Dr. Martindale and his staff.
