Seems like every nurse i get is practicing and doesn’t know what they are talking about, also the doctor that i got was a man either chinese or vietnamese. He was acting very sarcastic about my symptoms and not really letting me talk. Doctors should make you feel like you are safe and going to get the help you need, not questioning you about your symptoms as if you are making something up.

I came in to get my i693 done. Service they provided me was great, I heard a lot of negative things about this particular form and other places, but I didn’t have any problems here. Thank you miss Kim A, for making things happen even though i was late because of the traffic, not a lot of people and places would to the same y’all did! I am very happy that I’ve found this place! You will not regret it! ☺️

Came here for my 1-693,place is nice and clean. Staff are very nice,from check in to getting my shots i felt comfortable. Ms. Kim helped me with the final process and i really appreciate her for that. Would definitely recommend this clinic. Gold stars to everyone! Thank you.

Quick and efficient! Was looking for an urgent care close to me and didn’t realize they were so close! No ER for me anymore! I found the right urgent care... Staff was nice also! Many services offered. Glad to know y’all are in the community helping! Plus you open early! Happy Holidays!

Came in to complete an immigration I693 medical with Mrs. Kim who was extremely thorough and explained the process very easily. All services were provided in a prompt and comfortable manner. I would highly recommend their services to any new comers going through the same process.

I brought my son in for a flu shot and the nurse went above and beyond. She asked him if he liked hugs, then proceeded to give him a big hug while she administered the vaccine. No tears, mission accomplished!

Came here today for my I-693 and every staff here is extremely helpful and amazing! MRS. KIM was thorough in explaining what I have to do and what is expected after the visit. Everything was smooth and fast. Surely will recommend this clinic to my friends and family!

Came in to get a COVID test bc I was exposed and am pregnant. First thing they asked is how I’d be paying. Told them I have Medicare and they told me I have to call Medicare and have them switch my PCP to them or pay $125 out of pocket.

I randomly stopped at this Urgent Care/Gretna Medical Center last week when I wanted to get checked out. I was having flu symptoms and my usual urgent care was packed with people. I came here and was able to be seen in a timely manner. I even completed a followup with them.The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. On my second visit I met MJ while getting my x-rays completed and she was so nice. I think I have found my new urgent care and primary care facility here. Plus, there is a pharmacy a few steps away!Im very happy that I stumbled across this gem.

Appointment as a NEW PATIENT was for 8:30. Got here for front desk staff to tell me if I had Medicaid I had to switch my PCP to their doctor, which I told them on the phone I did have Medicaid and they didn’t inform me of this. As I’m switching doctor to PCP on phone with Medicaid 3 other patients walk in who are all seen before me. It’s now 9:30 and I have yet to see a doctor. This will be my first and last time here. 1/10 do not recommend.

The doctors and nurses are very helpful.and nice ..they take there time with there patients..this is place is very clean .been going here for a year in half.and i recommend my brother -law to go ..so now he s a new patient there now.

I love the facility, staff and Drs. My only issue is getting the right pain medicine for this carpal tunnel. Im trying to message the facility because I overslept and missed my appointment this morning to speak with the Dr concerning the right medication for my CT but cant get through. Overall I love my new Drs office

Nice, clean and friendly. There was a wait but when I got back it was because they were taking their time with everyone. I felt listened to and taken care of. They even called a few days later to check on me. It was a great choice while in town visiting family.

It is a convenient location, clean, friendly environment. I didnt have to wait a long time. All the staff was nice and was very helpful. The young lady that did my blood work was friendly and did a great job (I have small veins). X-ray tech M.J. made me feel comfortable and was helpful. Finished my appointment in record time.

Don’t go here! After arriving right as they opened and waiting for 30 minutes (only 2 other people in the lobby) they then told me that although they could see we had insurance, they couldn’t verify my co-pay (I told them it was $20$ and therefore they couldn’t see us. They blamed it on the computer system and said they couldn’t call because it was Sunday and no one would be there to verify. I left and went to The Urgent Care on Wall Blvd. where although they were 5 times as busy (literally 15 people plus in the lobby, they were super helpful and quickly looked up my information without a problem.

This is my primary care clinic, but I haven’t had to wait very long to be seen by my doctor if I don’t have an appointment. Everyone there is really nice and approachable; you know how some doctors can have a “Dr. God” type of attitude, and you’re afraid to even speak to them? Not here! Everyone that I’ve encountered as a patient has made me feel like they wanted me to get better, which is a nice change when compared to a lot of other clinics in the area. Oh, and the nurse who gave me my flu shot – her name was Lucy – made sure that I couldn’t feel it, and I honestly could not!There is a pharmacy on-site, and all of your prescriptions (should you require one) can be sent over there, meaning they’ll be ready for you when you’re finished with your appointment. That adds to the convenience factor a great deal.

Professional and friendly staff, Dr. asked pertinent questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. Was able to have blood tests and x-rays immediately on site.

Really needed medication refilled and the receptionist kept forwarding me to a voicemail. I left my info and stated that it was important and never heard back. Terrible service.

This is not an urgent care. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait. When I arrived, they said I would need to change my primary care physician to the one they have on staff in order to bill them. When I asked why they informed me they do not have the ability to bill as an urgent care. I then pointed to the sign on the door that says Urgent Care and asked if that sign was misleading, to which the staff member replied yes.

Staff did not return calls and messages requesting my test results.After 3 return visits I have not seen an actual doctor, just a nurse practitioner.Staff performing my ultrasound had only this written on their instructions : abdomen. I had to tell her what to look for (my gallbladder).I went to see an actual doctor at WestJeff and within 5 days had a colonoscopy and removed polyps from my colon.After a week I received test results from the ultrasound. There were TWO WORDS written on a piece of paper. Fatty liver. Thats it. The women who gave me the results (a nurse? unknown) did not explain the results, just read the words, fatty liver.I have been going here for the same symptoms since November 2017, it is currently the end of May, 2018. WestJeff doctors have already operated on me and I will continue treatment there.My insurance company, Humana, has told me that Expressway Urgent Care has not been filing my claims, and that is now a different issue to address.If you want to live please dont go here! It only seems convenient, but it is now too late for me.

You never actually see a doctor, it’s always a nurse practitioner or a PA/C. They also don’t seem to have much concern about what you are personally experiencing. They treat every patient as if they have the same symptoms

Maybe an urgent care, however with certain insurances you have to be linked with one of their primary care physicians...and appointments not necessarily walk ins....should change their name from urgent care to primary care clinic
