Negative stars - What a nightmare if I could give negative stars I would. The male tech always rude & curt & if you have a pain medication.....you must be a criminal. They have horrible reviews & they have earned them. My experience is over several months so it was not just a one time situation. I can’t believe they are allowed to treat people this way & they were never nice especially that tech & the blonde pharmacist. I always got a sense of dread before going in. Don’t go save yourself the grief.

Pharmacy staff is very helpful and stay on top of things. Have never experienced more than a 45min wait time for prescriptions, and usually not more than 30min. This is our primary Pharmacy.

Beware to whoever carries a backpack, you will be followed around the store. I unfortunately do not have a vehicle, so I have to rely on my backup for storage. I went inside the store and was just looking around, then an employee of the store, which was a middle aged lady was moving back and forth whenever I went to a different isle, this was making me nervous so I just went and grab a small item, purchased it and left the store.Never coming here again

They sell a little bit of everything. The employees are wonderful and helpful.

I needed to purchase Preservision Areds 2 due to Macular Degeneration.I research online and found that Rite Aid had the lowest price.The shelf tag had another price. So I walked out of the store.I looked up the Preservision Areds 2 online, and found the same ad. I took a bottle to the register, presented my Rite Aid Wellness+ card.The cashier told me that the price was $34.99. But if I bought another bottle, it would be buy one get another at 50 % off.Thats NOT what the online ad said.She called a Manager named Michelle. She looked at my ad, and told me she didnt understand the difference, but could not lower the price.I walked out and drove to Fred Meyer who MATCHED your online price.This is another example of why Rite Aid is NEVER our first choice to shop!Charles Pardue

This is very convenient for me.

Ive gotten my prescriptions here for many years with no complaints. However, the last month or so, things have gone downhill. I use the online refill system that asks you to chose what time youd like your refills. Doesnt matter what time I choose, they are never ready when I get there. Sometimes Im told to come back hours later. Not that big of a deal but annoying none the less. Then, last Sunday oct 9th, at 3:00pm, I stopped by to pick up a few refills. There were 3 ladies I didnt recognize behind the counter. After several minute, one said itll be a minute. 5 min passed and I finally gave up. Went next door to grab a few things from Safeway and came back. Now there is only one person behind the counter who doesnt even acknowledge that Im there. Another 5 minutes passes and I give up and go home empty handed. Frustrating!!
