The pharmacy here is Amazing, they have such great service and the Pharmacists really care - They take the time to talk with you if you need help with anything. They helped me out of a really bad situation tonight that was entirely my fault but they went far above and beyond to help me. Im so thankful that there are people around like them who are so willing to help. And not just help but actually care. Thanks, Pharmacy team! Especially to the ones working late Sunday, April 18th.

Every time me and my boyfriend shop here, we hear security in section c or b. Yes we dont wear tight or expensive clothes . The Fred Meyer stores profile will profile if you dont look like you are made of money. Go to Safeway they dont have rude employees.

Insanely busy most of the time, which can irritate you because you have to wait in a line, but they have really picked up the slack since Walgreens dropped a lot of insurance companies when they do the best they can to give you the quickest service possible

My prescriptions are almost never ready when they are supposed to be. This has been going on for years but it gets worse and worse. I was told my birth control would be ready yesterday within 30 minutes however I ended up needing to leave after grabbing a few groceries. I figured I would stop in today to get it.....its still not ready. Birth control pills. That come in a bubble pack. Are not ready over 24 hrs after I was told it would take 30 minutes. Glad I didnt wait around yesterday. I actually had to change one of my medications because they almost never had my previous prescription in stock yet they wouldnt reach out and tell me, just wait until I came to get it to inform me, however its something I cant go a day without. They dont care, I dont know if they are treated really poorly there or what the deal is but they have a hard time doing their job. I was told last week that they would send in a request for one of my prescriptions to be renewed but they didnt so I was without my thyroid medication and my antidepressants for 2 days. I would advise going anywhere else if your insurance allows

Last two times I’ve sent my prescriptions here they’ve taken over 7+ hours to do. Coming back at least 2 times in the same day to be told the same exact thing. But they never can give a specific time? Always it’ll be done soon. Doctor sent over the prescription at 8am. And now it’s 15 minutes till close and they still can’t manage to have it done? I hope nobody needs serious medications or are in pain. Because this pharmacy will have you waiting all day. Better- Go to Walgreens. They have the best customer service and always done in a timely manor!

This pharmacy used to be great, but the last 6 months especially its gone downhill fast. They put called in prescriptions in a back queue .. to get it filled the same day (even if called in during the morning), you need to call and ask it to be filled the same day... then it could STILL take 4+ hours. Staff is overworked and so not very friendly. On the phone, they bark at you. Im shopping for a new pharmacy. Ive had my fill of abuse!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in gresham! I was told it would be an hour to fill my prescription. When i went to pick it up after the hour. They told me they didnt have a prescription in the computer! The idiot who processes them hadnt put it in. It is now 4 hours after i dropped it off and i still do not have my prescription.

This is my favorite pharmacy. They are fast, attentive, send you text when your prescription is ready, and they even have a drive thru window so you dont even have to get out of your car. They have plenty of places to eat and shop around this location so you have plenty of things you can do until prescription is ready.

We have been using this Pharmacy for years, but the past few months the service has gone down hill. Just today my husband and I had prescriptions sent in around the same time. His were done relatively quickly, however mine sat in the que for hours. Then we find out they do not even have it in stock. We should have been informed as soon as possible, so it could have been sent to another pharmacy, not 5 hours later. Sadly, we are looking at moving our prescriptions to another local pharmacy because of their lack of communication, slow service and care for their customers.

Ive shopped at this Fred Meyers for 30 years. The customer service has always been top notch and Ive not ONCE had an issue with my prescriptions.. Do not listen to the whiny reviews from others, they hold no weight. Look at the water leaks in the ceiling, must be from CA? Here in ORegon it rains a bit :-)

Terrible pharmacy. Average wait time is about a half hour, rarely ever less than 15 people in line. Im never sure why there are six people working and only one helping the patients.

Some employees are not very courteous. Placed on hold 20 minutes and transferred twice. Finally gave up. Pharmacy has a disconnect between Fred Meyer and Kroger. At the pharmacy level they cant tell me if Im covered or not.

The employees at this pharmacy have absolutely no compassion or empathy for their patients. Worst pharmacy ever!

The pharmacy looks dated and takes forever to fill prescriptions.Look up next time your in and see all the leaks in the ceiling on the tiles. Think about it the water from the roof is leaking on your perscriptions. Gross
