I can finally smile thanks to Dr. Morales and his team! I had the best experience here & received the best care. Everyone checked on me during my procedure to make sure I was comfortable. They really went above and beyond to give me a whole new smile & for the first time ever I’m smiling in photos with my daughter. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me & at a cost that I could actually afford. I highly recommend anyone looking for genuine dental care and affordability to come to Gresham modern dental. They really changed my life and I’m forever grateful! Huge thanks to the whole team here. I am the worst dental patient (with a bad reflex) But Dr. Moon really made me feel comfortable and changed her way of doing things to accommodate. So thank you Dr.Moon for being understanding and giving me the best patient care, highly recommend her!

Don’t waste your time and money out there, I used to go there for a year but every procedure was painful and they’re so pricy, I left them and I have a new doctor now, she found out that all the fillings they made to me was leaking and poorly done. Please don’t go there.

I am sad to see the amount of negative reviews… it’s sad to see such polar opposite experiences.I have been taking my girls to the pediatrics side for years, Dr.Jennifer is wonderful (this review is not about the pediatric side however)I signed my husband up with this same office a year ago, he called on his way home after his first visit, giddy.. he said “I have never been as comfortable at the Dentist as I was today.” He has now gone multiple times, with his worry completely gone and always has this same experience - just wonderful!Regarding myself: Miss Aimee went above and beyond to make sure I understood my insurance, I received a follow-up phone-call at 845pm about this, I was blown away and so appreciative of her.Dr.Morales has worked some serious magic, making a ugly tooth absolutely beautiful (sounds odd, I know). I have gone from this unbearable feeling of anxiety walking into a dentist office to being excited to go to my next appointment.I trust everyone in this office.

This has been my dentist for years. When I first became a patient I would have given them 5 stars. Now years later, the best staff members have left and the front office sucks. My guess is poor management. Out of my last 3 cleanings, they have had to reschedule multiple times. I even got a phone call today 10/28/2020 to reschedule a cleaning. This was a cleaning that they had already rescheduled. That would have been 3 reschedules all on them. I’m done.

My experience with this place was like walking into a dealership they want to get you for all you have and dont care about you they gave me three different quotes and when I was ready to sign they changed it again trying to find a good dentist place its not going so well bad experience with Gresham Modern Dentistry

I definitely will be coming back to get the rest of my dental work done here. This place is inviting and friendly. I saw Dr. Muzzio for my overall exam and talked with her about some concerns I have. I really appreciated the way she acknowledged my needs, she was very easy to talk to and I could tell she loves the work she does and helping people. I also got a cleaning as well by their hygienist Rachel, she made sure that I was comfortable during my cleaning, very sweet and great at what she does. My smile was from ear to ear. I highly recommend coming here to anyone in need of dental work.

So this place was great! Until I told them I changed insurance and could no longer go. Then all of a sudden they sent me a bill for a cleaning back in January, that was covered when I was there, but, mysteriously went uncovered after I canceled an appointment, during COVID, and after my insurance changed. They sent me 2 bills, I called and talked to them after the 2nd one, they assured me it was not in collections, then, we called the next day,, and left them the insurance information again, they call back. Called again. Notta. Then I get a bill this week from collections and they are saying their is nothing they can do because it is now in collections?? Clearly they are retaliating. We had no knowledge, no calls the insurance had been rejected. Nothing till they sent us overdue notices. These guys are petty. Dont go.

My mom had an appointment today (1.12.21) and she got a confirmation and everything and she went there and the front office said they she was NEVER scheduled and my mom was showing proof of the confirmation email and they said she can stay in the office but the dentist isn’t going to assist her. very unprofessional, they could’ve let her know beforehand. don’t recommend this place.

The staff is amazing from both pediatric and family dentistry sides.The doctors are really friendly and they are really good at their jobs. The children doctor is really fun with the kids.

Staff was super friendly and made my experience easy! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
