First time at SWED CO!! I am the happiest customer. The store is good. Cheap great bud for the price nothing short of that, the employees knew the business and products inside and out thankful your professionalism,The entire experience was great. Fast, high quality SelectOil Cartridges at low prices. I was looking for the silica-fiber free and that included a ceramic core and organic cotton wick. And I found it here! I like the SelectOil Brand cartridges better because it’s a safer, smoother, less harsh works good to heat the oil at just the right temperature, producing large clouds of vapor without burning the oil.Also the food was great! I had the fruit salad, chips and a beer. Great experience.

The quality of the product they sell is below the average, but customer service is even beyond the worst expectations. Stay away from this place and especially the guy named Jay.An update to my above review from 6/14/2021:The company contacted me stating that they dont have anyone on the floor by name Jay. Which in fact is one big fat lie. Even though the guy didnt bother to introduce himself, I heard that one associate was referring to him as JAY. The guy has a dark hair and bristle on his face.an update since my previous comment:The store replied to my above comment initially with one comment, see the image attached.I guess, after they read my comments thoroughly with the exact description of the guy, they finally believed me and understood that I am not lying and decided to change their comment, see the image attached.Here is what I think about all this:I appreciate their effort to reach out to their customers and take care of the problem. That could all be avoided if only Jay was not so rude to the customer who was asking him simple questions about the product. It turned out that Jay is a MANAGER in the store. If he is he the one who talks to the customers when there is a problem, WOW, that makes everything even worse.I hate to ruin their assumptions, but I need to tell that I am not the person who was complaining about your $20 budget conscious cartridges, ahaha a nice try though to humiliate someone. That just tells me something about them again. I Bought a gram of diamonds today and when I got home I opened the package up and the whole container was sticky and some had soaked into the package. Took it back for a refund or exchange and the bud tender and manager both said they didn’t know what to do. Extremely unprofessional. Will not go back. Make sure you check everything before you leave the premises as they will not allow a refund even when they obviously should.

The tenders here are wonderful. Were pretty much regulars but they treat everyone with respect and have good deals. We like to get their gummies and concentrate when the sales are good.

Good weed most of the time but they rush you out of the store at night because they like to try to close early. I went there tonight and they had closed at least 5 mins early and just stared at my husband when he tried opening the door to come in. They shouldnt be locking the door until actual closing time! I rather go somewhere that doesnt mind taking a few extra mins to help me find what I want instead of rushing me.

Usually a cool dispensary but I got a limp messed up joint that was $20 and brought it back and asked if they could do something because whoever packed it did it wrong and Chloe (the manager) told me I need to put it away and leave and there’s nothing they could do. I’ll probably never go back. Thanks Chloe.

The bud tender was a tad annoying because she kept telling me the prices of each item that I was looking at. I had to tell her that I dont need to know how much the items cost .I guess she assumed that Im cannabis poor. I also didnt like hearing loud music at 9am and I struggled to hear what she had say about the products.Im hoping that the products that I bought are worth the bad experience of shopping for them.

The people at SWEDCO on burnside are so awesome!! Every person I deal with are knowledgeable about the products sold( or at least the ones I buy) the curbside feature comes in handy after a long days work or when I have the kids in the car. The staff always seem happy to help inside the store or curbside. Great customer service too.

They do this thing where when the transaction is done they say smoke weed everyday. Its not bad but Everytime I cant help but saying thanks, you too as if they say have a good day. Makes me cringe at myself but this place has good prices and the staff are always super cool and helpful.

I go in on thursday for a cartridge since co2 tuesday got changed to thursday, i got a few things and the cartridge and didnt get 10% off for it, like ok maybe i read it wrong. nope. i go in tuesday for cartridges and get told that cartridges go on sale thursday. are customers suppose to pay for your lack of knowledge and professionalism? not for me

This is my favorite local spot in Gresham. The bud tenders are always super nice and helpful whether you have cannabis knowledge or not and its right around the corner from my house! I have nothing bad to say about any of the people on their staff but I have to give a big shout out to Chris and Jay cuz theyre customer service is BOMB.

One of the slower dispensaries in town, always overwhelmed with 3 or more customers, and curb side pick up service is a joke in the sense that it doesnt really exist even after calling and letting them know youre here, youre forgotten Bout and left outside while they tend to everyone who just walks in. Go to cannadaddys a few block up on Division. They are better in every way.

I have really started to enjoy shopping here. They have really good customer service and pretty good variety of pre-weighed flower (my personal choice often) and many other common categories of products. All of that coupled with a very close proximity to my home and I give SWED a 5 star rating.

Im never shopping at Swedco in Gresham again. I bought a cartridge for my partner and we opened up the package to find it cracked. It was not dropped and was just bought this afternoon. I called the shop to see what they could do and they said they couldnt do anything about it. We paid a good amount for this cartridge and we have been going there for a couple of years now. I mention this to the guy and he replies with, uh, well just come in so we can see it. I agree and mention my partner will bring it in. My partner comes in with it to show them and the employee said he could not exchange it and would give 15 percent off my next purchase - which is crazy and not a solution to our cracked cartridge that was obviously faulty. That entire interaction has soured my motivation to do any business with them in the future. Ugh!

Was given an empty box. Store refused to refund or give me my purchased item. Do not go here! Much better shops on Burnside close by.

I love this place! That being said they always have a wonderful selection, awesome deals and the best employees ever! Here they treat you like family not just like a annoying customer. The staff is very knowledgeable about the the products and I value their opinions on what works for them and or myself and the nature of what Im looking for at the moment, sleep, pain relaxing or a little bit of all of the above. Not to mention the amount of patience they have with those of us who like to ask a million questions before making a decision on anything. Very friendly place. Prices are fair. My recent purchase was one of their cheap oz. There were a lot of seeds in it but I guess you cant complain given the price. Ive been a returning customer for some time now, they always have something good.

I used to like them alot however a few months back I went in and was shorted. The employee on the phone told me to come in the manager offered 20% off next visit but no compensation for what I bought. I finally came back last week and was shorted again. If you decide to shop here BRING YOUR SCALE!!!! Make them weigh it in front of youUse whichever excuse you like it happened more than once and not just to me... Start weighing in front of customers like the other dispensaries. It was short.

Bought 5 grams of oil. Brought it home, discovered the oil was very obviously made from low-grade shake (you could taste it). Called back, was told there was nothing they could do. Clearly if you had mentioned that what I was buying was of such a low quality, I wouldve had something to say about it, which is why you said nothing. Shady business tactics. Wont be coming back.

Came in looking for some flower to help me with chronic pain, and they really pointed me in the right direction as I have actually found more relief then ever before really impressed. I like that they didnt just try to sell me on things I didnt need, they actually listened to what I had to say and helped me out a lot.

This place was originally called The Joint, and they did a lot of rebranding a short time after I moved up here in 2016. Now its my go-to dispensary. Ive tried a few other places, but nothing quite matches the personable experience you get when you come here. My favorite thing to do is ask them for recommendations. Its subjective, but I havent been let down yet! Do yourselves a favor and try to know what deals are happening on what days. You can really get the most out of your money on those days.
