Jeanines absolutely fabulous. 💖She listened to me and made suggestions about my hair color.She did a fresh new color 😍 and my boyfriend loves it.Jeanine knew I wanted to keep my length-- and really only trimmed 1/8 of an inch!I enjoyed chatting with her and I felt like Id known her forever.Even though her shop is in Gresham and I live in Aloha-- Im willing to drive.Great Escape-- Great Experience! 🤗

I am very disappointed. I did a consultation saying golden blonde and over my shoulders and a ponytail is needed (which is why we did not layer and it is ao short.). I have gone blond every time i color. She said she was scared of making gold hair. So it is a bit darker than when i went in, it covered up sun blonde I had.I am more upset there is no im sorry or offer to make me a happy customer.

Jeannine is the best! She really listens and will tell you if something will work or not. Im VERY VERY picky when it comes to my hair and theres only 2 people I trust with my hair and Shes one of them. Shes become Family.

Janine loves to chat and did a great job on my hair. I had to pay extra for the weave highlights but she explained why and I know that it takes more time for a weave. I will be back. Great customer service ethics.
