Got my nail done in dripped powder and not even a week and the top coat already started to chip/peel. Yes I did went back to get it re top coated but after for the second time still chipping. I have got my nail done in dipped powder before somewhere else and it lasted for almost a month without chipping. I wanted to try this place to see is they can do it plus is close to my house but I was wrong if the other place wasn’t an 40min drive I would go to that place. This nail was done for my up coming trip. So I’m at a point now I can’t go back cause I’m already left for my trip. I would not requirement this place for dipped powder nail.See pictures below. This was the second time already.Update: Yes I did went back and got it re-fix. I really want to give them my business but it’s took them third time just getting it right. I’ll give them 2 star cause the place did honor to fix the problem.

Made an appointment previous day. I arrived appointment day, there were no available technicians. Chairs were full. No one was wearing a mask. I asked about my appointment, they acted as if they did not know I had a scheduled appointment. I was uncomfortable by the treatment I received , so I left. As I was Leaving 4 more unmasked people arrived as I was walking out. If I could I would give this location Less than 1.

Today 6-8-21, I walked in for a manicure. I received such great service once again. But today, I got what I asked for in regards to how I wanted my nails polished. Usually, there is space between the cuticle & polish. I really don’t like when salons do that, because my natural nails grow really fast, so within 8 days it’s very noticeable. I asked to have the polish all the way down to the cuticle. And my nails look amazing!

Went a got a wax job and not bad job at all. Very nice ladys and clean place

Pedicures are always rushed the 3 times I’ve been there. Will not be back. 3 different people worked on me this last time. Owner was an older man coughing sweating and wearing a jacket who left Polish smeared all over my toes and Sandals. He pored acetone into my foiled nails which ran over my hands then left me unattended and left. I had to make a scene by taking off my own polish. They explained he has alergies and they still charged me full price. I doubt that he has a license to work on clients.

Ana is AMAZING!!!!! it was pretty packed and yet she still took her time on each nail and they came out perfect 10/10 recommend

Me and my daughter enjoy this place so very much this is the second time weve went and our nails are perfect.... the reason why we always go back is because they stay on longer than 2 weeks they almost stay on for about a month good product I love it....

I have gone here a few times and each time the price is different for a full set of just acrylic nails and one color of nail polish it was $40 but on their price board it says $30 and up so I’m not sure what would only cost $30 just the acrylic nail and no polish? I would suggest getting some of those throw away sandals so when your polish is still drying on your feet you don’t have to walk barefoot back to your chair then last check the customers nails before they leave the store two of my nails have dents in them and also always so bye to the customer and thank you for coming especially when they just tipped $15 . People were very nice though just rushing to much that you can’t slow down to give each person what they are paying for.

Worst nail place ever. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE BY FREDDIE KRUGER! Shellac is all over my skin, they cut me bad with no remorse, still charged me full price! No refunds either... just look at the pictures and Ill let you be the judge. Im in the salon industry and I would never let a client leave looking like this. Also wouldnt charge someone who left still bleeding. Good job Fashion hair and nails.I hope people see this and turn around or leave before they get in the chair, otherwise youll look like this and they dont even care. Bad business bad service, I sure hope I dont end up with a fungas as well.

One of my favorite place to go very good quality of product stays on longer than 2 to 3 weeks love this place once I found it never wanted to go anywhere else.... these ones are my daughters very cute

The nail tech was so concerned about starting the next customers pedi. She did not paint my nails to the cuticle and missed parts on the side of my nail. To top it off, one chipped off today as well as the polish. I would not recommend and will NOT be returning!

My first gripe with this salon is that you have to provide your own tools. It is an extra expense to a service I found to be very expensive and not worth the money. I received the lite pedicure and whatever the cheapest manicure was. I thought it was kind of odd to have an extra expense for things that I am used to getting along with my manicure/pedicure. The place I typically go to has a set price with a few add-ins. My pedicure was pretty good. A few spots were smudged but I am willing to take the blame for that. However, my manicure was horrible. The lady doing my nails did it while I was still in my chair. When she finished the nail polish was all over the skin underneath my nails as well as all over my cuticles. There was bubbles all over the polish. I felt that I spent around $40 on something I could have done better myself. I did go later in the day and having worked in customer service I understand that you reach a point when you just want to go home. But I still paid a decent amount (more than I pay at my normal place) and should have gotten better service.

I want to recommend Lynn, shes the best hair and nail tech ever! She has amazing customer service skills, and the shop is very friendly too. I strongly recommend Fashion Hair and Nails.

I took my son to this place. We were in a hurry so I didnt even check to see if his hair had been trimmed right. Later that night he asked me to fix his haircut because it was uneven. I have to say that the lady who made our appointment was very pleasant. But the hair cut was not so great for $12. It was extremely uneven.

I have been a happy costumer for three years. They do it all, with care and expertize. I have health issues with my hips so Anna, (the owner) is sitting on the floor doing my toe nails, how amazing is that. Come and enjoy here at the Fashion Hair & Nails while leaving a happy customer.

Im am so frustrated with my visit today! My daughter and I came in together for pedicures, we were greeted and told to pick a color .. we did. Five or so minutes later another lady walked in and was told the same. Shortly after she arrived, we were all told to come sit down, she told them we were there first and they said ok. We all sat down and the two ladies started working on the lady who came in after us and myself, my daughter wasnt being helped. 15 minutes after we arrived another woman came in and they helped her (no appointment), my daughter still hadnt been helped. 40 minutes after arriving, I was finished and they finally came over to do her pedicure. Mind you, we came in together, they were not busy, and the other women whom were helped before her did not have appointments. Im so disappointed.

I always go there to get a haircut, they have very friendly staff and they do it fast and nice.

Got a mani pedi here on Friday morning, had to find a place since i did not get a chance to do mine in seattle for a wedding the next day. Staff is friendly and prices are cheap, but my nails were not cut correctly, the edges were not buffed and rounded to prevent my nails from poking my toe and finger nail beds. Idk how to describe it. But basically 3 days later, i have been feeling pain from the sides grinding against the sharp nails that were not cut and rounded out. I had to cut the corners of my toe nails and finger nails to relieve the pain and pressure. I did not get the girls name that did mine, she was younger, probably mid 20s. Unfortunately wont be back. It was a basic cleaning and polish done for $43 ($3 for your own file and buff bag). They dont even add any kind of salt in the water, no scent. Its $5 more for it. Not even that basic blue one other nail places put in. When the girl polished my nails, the polish would cover the skin under the nail tips, i had to ask her to clean a cuticle out because there was still skin hanging out. Whole experience felt cheap. Would not recommend them, it was careless in how she did the services. Havent experienced this poor of service at a nail salon in a while. Maybe it was just a bad technician, idk, but wont come back again.

Only giving it 1 star because I have to in order to do my review.Experience on Sat 2/11 was absolutely terrible- took someone there only to be treated extremely rude (snarky, didnt speak 1 word of English didnt understand anything would not stop when asked to stop) AND then they attempted to rob her of $21 for a MANICURE (nothing special- just typical polish and couple dots on her ring fingers- NO SHELLACK)The person I was with wanted a flower on each ring finger, they did a couple dots (which my 5yr old could have accomplished) they said that was 5 and the manicure was 16. I was disgusted- as Ive typically seen manicures between $7-$12 and maybe $1-$2 for a couple dots? Maybe?I was very clear regarding my disgust with the prices (should I have checked first, absolutely! Just never thought it would exceed $12)

BIG MISTAKE!!!! My daughter and I came to get our nails done. I had gel and she had solar. Both turned out awful. My paint was uneven and lifted in 2 days. Hers were placed wrong. Her nails werent flat and natural shaped but pointed upward and always looked like her nails were growing up instead of out. Very weird looking. When asked they said it was normal. No It wasnt they looked weird. Everyone else had flat nails but her. Our concerns were dismissed. We had to go to another salon to get them fixed. I paid over $90 for garbage. Thank goodness the other salon fixed everything for half price.

Very unprofessional. The one doing my nails kept getting up to take personal calls and talk to co-workers. She got mad at me because I didnt want shellac for 5 bucks more. She didnt use cuticle oil. She was not nice at all

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Ive been going there for over 6 years, Ive taken friends and family there, today I went in to have my nails and toes done they finished my toes and was half way through with my nails when someone came in said that she needed her eyebrows done and needed them done KNOW! by Mandy, which she was doing my nails she asked me if I could wait awhile while she waxed her eyebrows I said no she smiled at me and went and did this other rude person eyebrows. I WAS SO MAD I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I lost all respect for them bad customer service as far as I am concerned.

Been coming here since I was 18, I have another person who professionally does my hand nails, but I come here for pedis, nails soak offs, waxing, and hair styling needs. It’s a great place they get super busy at times. Their service is great.
