ATI is the most professional, competent, and helpful company we have worked with by far. Their machines and materials are by far superior to the dozens of other companies we have bought from, but more importantly the employees treat us like partners and look for solutions, as opposed to most companies who just do the minimum effort to get paid. We cannot recommend them highly enough.Their customer service is impeccable. A different supplier (located 2 hours away from us) completely messed up our order to the point we had to shut down our operations and told us we would have to wait weeks for them to fix it; despite it not being their problem at all, ATI came through in less than 12 hours from several states away and got us up and running.ATI has been great on their warranties as well. We had several small items break from mistakes by the original manufacturer. ATI replaced every piece, no questions asked.Again, cannot recommend ATI enough.

TERRIBLE! RUN AWAY! PURCHASED TESTEX EQUIPMENT. Invested hundred of thousands of dollars in a company that: Doesnt know anything about the equipment, specd in improper materials for THEIR machine, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT (LITERLLAY NONE), then they tell you you are too needy and they have plenty of successful customers but fail to present a single successful case. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. LEARN FROM OUR EXPENSIVE MISTAKE.
