Dr. Hester was very nice and took his time speaking with me, didnt feel rushed at all. However, I have an extremely difficult time getting staff to answer the phone. I have called every day twice a day (once in morning and once in the afternoon) for about three weeks simply to schedule an appointment, and so far no one has answered the phone or returned voicemails. With the rapid pace of todays technology and customer service, this is incredibly uncharacteristic for a physicians office.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE! The doctor coded my blood work order wrong when I was sent to hospital for blood work tests. The tests were solely for my annual Medicare Wellness exam which is no cost to a patient. Since the doctor used the wrong code for these tests, now I am being charged $45 from the hospital for these tests. The negligent doctor is now gone from this practice and this office & office manager refuses to correct their own error. They could care less if I am stuck with the cost of these tests even when their own nurses, personnel admit the wrong code was used by their own doctor who they employed. Disgraceful, Unprofessional, Deceitful and obviously could care less about any financial burden placed on their own patients even if its their own errors. I hope theres a way to report them to a higher authority because this is not right and shows their own greed/deception.

You call and never return calls!

The one star has nothing to do with any of the doctors or staff but the fact that they give you an appointment and then have you waiting there for over an hour to be seen!!! Then while you have to wait there is nowhere to sit because it is packed and everyone is just standing on top of each other! You are more likely to catch the flu waiting in that office. Better off going to an urgent care if that’s how they are going to be

You can never get through to make an appointment when someone has an acute illness and they are in pain and need to make an appointment to see their doctor you leave a message and guess what they never call you back

Caring, wonderful Doctor. Dr. Chapelle is the very best, takes time with his patients and has a wonderful bed side manner.

Love Dr. Hester, he’s been taking care of my family for 15 years, my sons who are grown now love him because he listens to them.
