I love all the vets, the staff and especially Maggie Roberts. They have been my vets for 25 years and have love my cats 🐈‍⬛ like I do. Would never consider going anywhere else and all my friends who have been with Milestone as many years as me feel the same. We are all family.

We have taken all of our dogs to Milestone for the last 25 years. Dr. Roberts is the most caring vet we have ever known. She truly loves what she does.She has helped us with our pets during the puppy stage and even the final stages of their lives. We are forever grateful for her kindness and compassion.

Wonderful experience with my cat they really care about all animals not just dogs. I left a well-known veterinarian after scheduling a nail clip for my cat 3 times they made me wait over 3 hours. Do not use Banfield Hospital veterinarian they only care about dogs they dont make enough money off of cats. Milestone was wonderful they took time to explain what was going on with my cat gave him a thorough check-up recommended things to help can have a better visit and I really felt like they cared. Wonderful experience for fur babies.

Because I couldnt spend $350 dollars on test, they charged me for the visit($65)and I had to leave without the insulin my Yorkie needed. He has been a diabetic for over a year. I just moved back to the area and went back here after some time. I will be running out of insulin in next day or so. Sure hope I can find another vet. They are more about the money then the care.

When we had to put our seventeen year old sweet “Schatzi” to sleep last Christmas we were broken-hearted. But Dr. Roberts and her staff were in the room with us and comforted us tremendously with sweet words of tenderness and heartfelt sympathy. We shall always remember that day and be grateful for Dr. Roberts’ understanding and compassion. What an endearing memory!

Welcome to my new veterinarian. My first two versions of this rating were quickly becoming mini-novels, so let me just say this: Milestone’s staff went way above and beyond. They accepted a walk-in who had never been there before. Explained in detail what they were going to do, along with an itemized list of what the charges would be. They showed us which procedures and charges were optional today (but should still be checked out in the near future). All were very caring and professional. Prices were reasonable and they even helped us out where they could. You’ll not regret taking your pet to Milestone.

My experience was specifically addressed toward my adolescent dog and her needs. I really appreciate the personal advice and follow up information. Excellent expertise !!

We have been taking our Scarlett and Chio to Milestone for a few years now and Dr. Gallucci and Dr. Roberts are great! They truly love and care for every pet that comes in the door. They were speedy to get me and my cat back. My cat can be quite aggressive when in a carrier and away from home; the vet tech and vet were both very caring, gentle, and handled him way better than I could have. The vet asked good questions and gave good answers. Even gave me her email address. They helped clean him and his carrier up from where his nerves got the best of him. The entire staff was professional and nice. I will go back to them. They did a great job!

Dr Yancy has shown great interest in the care and love of our precious boy Harley. She has maintained contact with us during our challenge to regulate his blood glucose levels, sometimes even contacting us way after I hours to discuss his care. The staff love our boy and take awesome care to show him care and compassion in all ways.

Dr Galluchi is excellent, she has been our veterinarian for many many years. All the staff go above and beyond to know their clients - the animals! They are greeted by name and made welcome, along with their companions. Excellent services are provided through your appointment. Dr Roberts and Dr Yancy are also excellent veterinarians. They are compassionate and caring. Follow up phone calls are standard. We and our fur babies love this practice.

As always the staff and doctors are wonderful. They treat my dogs like their own. They answer all my questions and always follow up with calls and e-mails. I cannot say enough about the service and caring received from Milestone Vet.

We just welcomed our new puppy into our home and this was her first vet visit. It was an awesome visit. Deena got down on the floor with her and took her time so that pup could get used to her. Dr. Maggie was wonderful with our pup as well. She also took the time to introduce herself and our pup didn’t even know she was given her vaccinations due to distraction:) All in all a wonderful first visit.We love everything about this team!!We recently needed to get Hennessy immediately into see her vet due to an unforeseen circumstance. Maggie and her staff and extremely good. They will love your furry friends well. Unfortunately we have had to see Maggie way more than we would like to with our dogs, but every time she goes above and beyond my expectations. If you want a vet who you can trust and who will take care of you, then Milestone is the place for you. I have been with previous vets who when I needed them, they didnt seem to care like I wish they would have. Not Milestone. They always get my dogs in as soon as possible and I know that they give me and my animals the best care available!

We are new to the community and had our visit with Dr. Maggie aka Dr Roberts this week. She was wonderful with us and our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Maya. She gave us info that our former vet that we love and respect had neglected to give us and diagnosed Maya with Distichia. We are feeling loved by the Milestone Vet family and look forward to taking our two cats. Nobody likes to take a cat to the vet but you get the idea. If we can catch them we will be glad to have Dr. Maggie examine them.

They are ALL so caring and wonderful! We recently lost our 17 yr old Westie and it was quite an emotional time. They were wonderful and understanding. She is always so thorough in providing care for our little pup. She is always comprehensive and detailed in explaining her findings (when issues have surfaced) and patient and caring in her communication with our family about our dog. When specialized surgeries were needed, Dr. Gallucci always referred us to a great ortho surgeon. We have been blessed to have such an awesome Vet who truly cares for our Lily! I had to put 2 of my fur babies to sleep over the last few months. One in November and one just the other day due to their age. The staff were so kind and understanding. Would like to say thank you to Milestone Veterinary and staff for helping my family when our Great Dane Kaine of 14 years was no longer able to cope due to his age and his back legs. It was such a hard and heartbreaking decision to have to do but with him constantly falling and having a hard time standing along with having discomfort it was taking his quality of life. The staff and doctor there were amazing with him and my family throughout the whole process. They were also so kind to give us a paw print of his foot before leaving. We decided to have him cremated which only took a few days when they called for me to pick him up I was amazed at how beautiful thewooden box was. I can’t say enough good things about Milestone vet. My 11 year old kitty has never had such a thorough exam with such a compassionate doctor and staff. My cat has major vet anxiety, and everyone at Milestone was very understanding, and did everything they could to help him (and me) feel calm. After our visit they checked in via phone multiple times, with the doctor even calling me on a Saturday to give me his bloodwork results. When you’re worried your pet is sick, having a vet who is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, and communicative is so important, and that’s what I found at Milestone. Don’t hesitate to pick Milestone vet if you’re looking for a place to take your beloved animal.

Took my cats here for a full exam. They were very professional and friendly. They made sure my cats didn’t get too overwhelmed. They listened to all my concerns and clearly explained everything to me.

I don’t generally like to post a negative review for businesses but I feel like The treatment my cat was given was not the best for her. My cat suffers from chronic constipation and has had to have surgical procedures during her bouts. The veterinarian put her on a high fiber dry food to help the. Instigation. So I continued this along with giving her lactulose that was also prescribed. Needless to say, the battle has been continuous. After talking with someone whose cat has the identical issue, I am finding out that some cats who suffer from constipation should actually be on a low fiber wet food diet to help add moisture to their diet and to prevent them from getting constipated. Because of motility issues. I’m totally disappointed that this was not discussed as another option being her history, as chronic constipation can cause enough damage that can not be reversed or treated after a period of time. This is a good lesson for me, as I should have been doing some additional research Myself and asking more questions.

Dr. Gallucci has always given the best care for our sweet doggies. I am so thankful for her!

The staff at Milestone Vet are always professional when we bring our dog Luma in for a visit. Yesterday she went in to have her nails trimmed. She was VERY excited when we got there. When the girl came in the room to get her Luma rolled over for a tummy scratch... she took time to say hello and got down to scratch her tummy. When they took her back I couldhear her bark a couple of times, the girls just kept talking sweetly to Luma and she calmed down. I appreciate their patience and that they treat our girl like their own.

Milestone Vet is a very special place. Dr Roberts and her staff are all very gentle and caring when treating my dog Tabouli and he is very comfortable with the staff handling him. I never feel rushed and they always make sure that I understand Tabouli’s diagnosis and treatment. It is also nice that it is a Faith based practice and they love their patients! My only concern or dislike is that you remove my dogs from the examination room to administer shots. My former vet office provided all treatment with us in the examination room, which I prefer.

We have been going to Milestone for almost six years and have been pleased every time. Everyone is friendly, and the follow up calls to check on our pups after their vaccinations brings an added level of comfort to us.

I love these vets. They always show genuine concern and love for our pets. When there is an issue they take time to explain all the options that work best for our circumstances. They are never judgmental when it comes to what we can afford, but work with us to solve each situation to the best of their and our ability. I love that I can get an appointment quickly and there is little wait time. My dog actually likes going to visit them!

I really wanted to love Milestone. I went after my mother reccomended how great they were with our Golden growing up, particularly with her end of life care. However, my experience bringing an 8 week old puppy was far from great, in fact it is an experience I will never have again. We waited for over an hour (40 minutes outside, 30 minutes in a room) due to what they described as emergencies. Keep in mind, 8 week old puppy - cannot go on the ground, or be left to roam around because it needed parvo shots so extended wait times are not ideal. The emergencies occured before we left the house to go to the Vet, so a call to let us know they were late would have been A QUICK AND EASY FIX. However, no. No ownership of the issue at all. I was there for over 2 hours. The issues continued with the Vet Tech and with Dr. Yancey, both of whom were brisk and not clear with recommendations. Very focused on selling pet insurance and recommending medicines which my breeder had specifically said were NOT ok for my breed. I had specific questions regarding my dogs weight and some apparet allergy issues, and they gave extremely generic answers which google could have provided. I could go on and on about how unsettling the whole visit was, and how disappointed both my mother and I both were by what this once lovely practice has become. I would NOT recommend taking puppies there, especially if you are a first time dog owner with reasonable questions and it is the first visit. I will not be returning or recommending. Very disappointing.

Came home from work to discover our dog, Luna, had torn her dewclaw partially off. Milestone was only open for another hour, but I called to see if there was anything they could do tonight or tomorrow for her. They told us to come right in and they were able to remove the nail, bandage her up, and even trimmed the rest of her nails for us. We are so grateful for the amazing care and service Milestone provides!

The veterinary staff at Milestone is outstanding in all respects. I love and appreciate each of of them. They cared for our beloved Bichon for 17 years. Her care was outstanding and thorough, and carried out with great compassion. I believe they truly loved our baby and did everything they possibly could to make her life better. Dr. Roberts has a magic touch with cats. Had Annie eating out of her hand after having teeth pulled. And she kept offering food for as long as she would eat. Also had no problems with her procedure. Also she suspected an unusual condition of her mouth and the test came back positive. Staff is also very friendly.

I cannot review the vets at this hospital because when I called to make an appointment, the girl who answered the phone was so rude and arrogant that I decided this was not the kind of place I want to give business to....let alone trust to treat my animals. We are new to the area and I decided to call several vets with a list of 4 questions. Every other hospital was friendly and happily answered my questions - this was the only one that treated me badly. When you go to the vet, a big part of the interaction is with the people at the front desk....when they are rude, it reflects poorly on the entire practice. The doctors here need to understand this and pay more attention to the folks interacting with the public.

Anyone I know or meet with a dog I talk about Milestone Veterinary Associates. I have had many health issues with my dogs and cats and some of them would have gone unnoticed by other vets. My Papillon has severe allergies as well as other health issues. I see Milestone, the specialists they have recommended and myself working as partners to give her the best quality of life she could possibly have. I have often told Dr. Roberts she is the best hiring manager I know because of the awesome staff she has hired.
