Chisholm checked all the boxes for me. They responded quickly. Called for quote, 3 days to come out and 4 more days to start installation. This is unlike any contractors we have worked within the pandemic era. The Owner actually came out to give us a quote. He inspected our system and went through all the options and recommended the best option for us. They even provided financing. All employees were clean, professional, polite and concerned about making sure your house was kept clean. They cleaned up everyday. They went over everything they had done before leaving. They left all documentation with us and actually submitted our warranty information. If you have any HVAC services needed, I highly recommend them. They are honest and trustworthy.

We were having trouble with adequate distribution of cool air throughout our home until Ken came out from Chisholm. Ken adjusted the dampers in our attic to more evenly distribute cool air, and worked patiently with us until we were satisfied with the cooling in each of the upstairs rooms. He also gave us some great education about how the A/C works and how we can properly maintain it ourselves. Ken was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I had Chisholm come out to give me an estimate on installing a gas line to a new outdoor fire pit. Al Phillips came out and was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He was very personable and very credible as well as being on time Well done.

Ive used other plumbers in the past and they fixed the issues only to have the same issues happen again. Al was so thorough with his work, he found the systemic issue at an affordable cost the same day. Oh what was that systemic issue?: There was a plastic bottle stuck in my clean out. The team left the place better than they found it which is a big deal breaker for me with other service providers. I am so happy, I will be using them when I decide to replace all of my pipes in the next few years.

Called Chisholm 1st thing on a hot steamy Friday morning when 1 of our A/C units fan stopped working. They immediately sent a tech to our home. Ken was very professional and personable. We were so grateful to have him help us so quickly.

We reached out to Chisholm on a Tuesday and on Wednesday morning John arrived at our home on time and gave an estimate on work to be performed. We were added to the schedule a week later. They were able to replace and install new ductwork, put down vapor barrier and put in a new unit all within two days. The installers were pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. Most of all when they were done with the install they left my property clean.

The whole experience, except writing the check... was great. I had them do the spring tune up in my HVAC hoping to help my 18 year old system limp along for 1 more year. Travis was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me some advice on another issue. When this 18 year old system finally gives up the ghost, they’ll be putting a new one in for me.That was then. This is now. The system was not savable. I called a few weeks later and had Jason come out and give me an estimate on replacing the whole system. He pointed out an original installation issue that he seen while doing the inspection. He asked if I had always had airflow issues at the vents. And I have since day 1. When the house was built the contractor installed the wrong size return air duct.After a few more estimates I decided on Chisholm because Travis and Jason were awesome, very professional, very thorough and just plain nice people. Oh, and the warranty. Of the companies I had out, Chisholm has the best warranty by far! 10 years!!!I confirmed my order on Thursday, the following Tuesday morning the install crew was in my driveway. Sorry guys, I don’t remember your names! But y’all were awesome too! In and out in 4 hours, no mess left behind and also very friendly and professional.I can feel the air blowing out of every one of my vents. We had a new unit installed on April 12th, unit works great but kept having issues with our thermostat and panel not communicating, we were changing batteries about every 3 to five days; called our security service tech to be told that we needed a common wire ran so I reached out to Chisholm and they sent Travis out to rectify the situation. Not only were AL and Pat 30 minutes early to install the new hot water heater,, they put me at the top oftheir to do schedule after discovering the night before that the pilot had been destroyed in a water damage nightmare.Al and Pat found another issue with the gas line. They repaired it the same day as putting in the hot water heater all without overcharging beyond what was necessary.These two dont miss a thing!

I had 4 technicians come out to repair a fan that would stop turning, had it cleaned and had a board changed but same problem until Travis came out and he really put an effort in it , so I can have cold air he came 3 times 2 times on the last day and worked until 6:30 pm it might of been what he did or might be from me changing the battery in my thermostat but it is running now and have cold air , one thing for sure this company will keep sending guys until it gets resolved and they never try to sell me a new unit , over all I am happy with the people that work for them and how they do things ...

I am not one who writes reviews often, but when it comes to my experience with Chisholm Heating & Air, I feel compelled to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire team and staff at Chisholm Heating and Air for their services rendered (replacement of 2 entire central air compressors and heat pumps due to one failure and old age). With factual results, I can say this is a world class company in what they provide both in terms of product, customer service, and overall experience. Their Vice President personally came out to my home and not only listened while thoroughly inspecting my existing scenario, but also came up with numerous cost effective solutions to avoid extremely expensive work other companys had strongly recommended (mind you I quoted from a total of 7 HVAC firms, and to know the up-sell attempts were absent, and in fact attempts to be more optimized and cost efficient I am sure all of you can agree is a refresher - it was at least for me). The installation crew didnt skip a beat in terms of first impression, as they continued exceeding expectations all the way to the last second of install. To all of you wondering, and trying to choose between unit types, brand names, etc...their product AND service warranty is absolutely best in class (10/10/10) - you will not beat it (6 others couldnt in my case). The customer service throughout was the best I have received in years (they continue to keep in contact 2 weeks after install just to check in - awesome peace of mind!). The entire installation crew who came out to perform the install work not only put a heavy emphasis on attention to detail, and worked extremely efficient, when they left it was if they had never been at the house replacing 2 entire central air systems. Dale came out to service my furnace which was not heating. The temperature outside has been really low and I was unsure if I would have heat this evening.He inspected the furnace and realized that gas was not getting to it and then noticed I also did not have hot water. It ended up being a problem a with my gas meter. We were very appreciative of Dales expertise to figure out this problem. The gas company came and replaced the meter and both my heat and hot water started working! I was thinking I was going to have to pay thousands around Christmas for a new furnace but Dale was able to effectively and efficiently figure out the issue.I would definitely use Chisholms services in the future!

I had a concern about how the AC was running. Travis checked everything out very thoroughly and found no problems except some simple air leaks. He took care of that and changed our filters for us.Travis was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and Chisholm for any work you need done.

The technician that came out to meet me was extremely professional, no issues there. My issue is with their marketing. I specifically called this company, because of their social media advertising showing a system install for $3300. As a real estate investor I was excited about working with this company because we were getting similar (slightly higher) pricing through another installer but I’m always looking for more professional outfits to work with. When the technician got out there he informed me that special would be applicable to a very specific situations (not common in my opinion with my knowledge of home renovations) and hinted that the system I needed would be significantly higher maybe $10,000+ (I don’t remember the specific ballpark) we then jumped on a call with one of the sales guys and he estimated we could probably get closer to $7000. But the whole thing just felt very “bait and switch” to me. I haven’t called them since. Just left a bad taste. Risky marketing generates a lot of leads but can have negative effects too. (Speaking from experience as a business owner) once again, the technician that came out was very nice and the salesman on the phone was very professional as well.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a HVAC company. They were at my home within an hour of my call. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem within 15 minutes. He then got my parts delivered to the house within 20 minutes and made the repairs in another 30 minutes. He replaced a motor and a circuit board.
