They fixed my tooth and did a great job!

These folks are the worst. They wont answer the phones, are always backed up in appointments, front desk staff for all three branches are super rude and I dread having to call them for anything. Switching to other providers. Worst service ever and no compassion for patients.

Why have an option to make an appointment? You can never ever get an appointment here. I call in and tell the receptionist of my symptoms and that I really need to be seen, she repeatedly said to call back in the morning to see if there is any cancellations. I said I had spoke to someone last time and they scheduled me the same day, then she said would you like to talk to someone else. I said yes please and another lady got on the phone and I explained everything again and she said they are booked tomorrow and call again in the morning to see if anyone has cancelled. So then I said, how about Wednesday? And she paused for no joke like 15 seconds and then told me they are already booked for the entire week.So how do sick people get in to be seen?? Its like, I have a really bad flu but cant ever get in.Something needs to change. This is so ridiculous.

I was happy with them at first but the app they have you use has messed up more times than I can count and caused me to miss important stuff with them. On top of they their communication is poor although the front office people are amazing and so sweet the doctors there dont really seem to care. Decent as a back up but you also get what you pay for and thats probably why they only charge a five dollar co-pay verses my other doctor who is 25. Ill be paying that 25 for better service from now on. I do not recommend going there unless you absolutely have no other choice.

My visit to the vision center went very smoothly. Everyone is courteous and professional. Dr ODell began and remained very thorough throughout my exam as well as giving me options to help with other issues with my eyes. My first visit to the vision center and my experience was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Dr. ODell is so friendly and very thorough. She gave a lot of details and ensured I understood everything that was going on. I really felt like they gave their best to ensure I had optimal vision.

Dr. ODell at the Vision Center was very patient and informative during my eye exam and listened to my concerns about both my eyes and my overall health. I would definitely recommend her! She also provided me with helpful ways to help with dry eye issues. She was caring and great at explaining the changes in my eyes. She suggested the best options for my current vision needs.

I needed a sick appointment here quickly and they were able to get me in within the same day! The PA that saw me was great and got me taken care of right away. Very happy with the service overall, the wait time wasnt bad either.

Associates at this health center are always helpful and nice. Special thank you to Scott Malena, he is the best PT associate.

I’ve used the health, dental, and vision portions of the AFHC. I plan all of my appointments far ahead of time (6 month in advance, same time each year) for checkups on health, vision, and dental cleanings. Sick appointments have been somewhat difficult to get as there’s 9000 or so employees, so I use an external doctor or other health center as needed within network and pay the minimal cost with my HSA. I especially like the staff in the dental and vision centers. The doctors in the health section were able to refer me to excellent specialists for some heart issues I suffer from, and the pharmacy was very inexpensive for any medication.

Only go here for very very minor stuff. I had a head injury in which I had so many symptoms and things happen after the initial injury. In which the doctors look at you like “well we have to send you to some one else to take care of you” because if we give you some thing it could make you worse. Oh please spare me and tell me you just don’t want to be the doctor to deal with it. The doctor even canceled my pain medication for no reason! Thank god for there supervisor, he was not rude and listened and got me what I was asking for !!So if the nurse or the doctor is rude or non professional go to there center supervisor.. he will make sure you get what you are asking for..

Vision center with Dr. O’dell was amazing. She is fun, nice, courteous and thorough. The best ever.

My family and I have used services from the dental department, the dr office for sick and well visits, the vision center, and the pharmacy. Each department has gone out of their way to always accommodate us and make everything run smoothly. I never feel like I am rushed or just a number to any of these departments. The out of pocket cost for this healthcare is incredible as well as the prices for medications and over the counter pharmacy items.

Anytime i try to call and get answers no one answers the phone or calls back. They could seriously do better. Might need to clean house.

You would think they still be answering the phone. But they dont. If you work from 7am-5pm and i call at 3:30pm why isnt nobody there answering the phone? Thats bad service. Just for future services, go in person if you apply to BMW and go in person to see what the medical staff is calling you about.

They NEVER answer the phone! I called 4 times in one day for 5 days and left a voice mail every time and I didnt get anything back.

I like the nurse practitioner, Veronica Walters . She takes her time and answers my questions . I never feel rushed .It is more difficult to get into the doctor there . I have never been to see her but happy with Ma Walters .At the vision center they are all great too. They are patient and attentive. I ordered glasses for my son . They came back in about 4 days not weeks

This has been our family’s primary care facility for the past 3 years, and based on those 3 years I would have been quick to give them a 5 star rating... until this past week. My wife, whose cough and congestion has only been getting worse over the past 3 weeks decided to see a Dr.Already miserable, she packed up the 2 yr old and 3 month old kids and made the long drive to the AFHC.The nurse my wife was received by, was rude, short, and unhelpful. She handed my wife a face mask and said “you need to put that on”. And when my toddler said she was scared of the mask, my wife pulled it down briefly to tell her “it’s me, it’s ok baby”, to which the nurse immediately barked “you need to keep that mask on”. Instead of doing her best to see how they could help my wife, she spent her time explaining how they could only see patients for one issue a visit, and so we would not be able to get a hand cream prescription we already have refilled.Turns out the Health Center recently switched over to a new system and they failed to transfer my wife’s medical history and info, which cause a lot of confusion and unnecessary questions by the nurse.My wife has been an ICU nurse for 4 years and is one of the most patient and sweet people you will ever meet.For her to call me after work and tell me she wants to switch to a new primary care facility can only mean one thing:You guys failed to do your job and provide excellent patient care.We’re just pretty disappointed in specifically this nurse’s demeanor and way of going about things from the second she entered the room.We do love the dental center, vision center, pharmacy, and PT department, and we have high hopes that the Dr. office will win us back over next time the wife has to visit.

Appointments are impossible to get here, especially when you’re sick. I’m not sure why the doctors office is even an option for sick appointments. You call the second they open and surprisingly they are already booked. I’m not even going to start on the receptionists. They are all rude.

The doctors are very rude and not nice at all And just wants you to hurry up and get on out of there probably the worst place I ever been. Now the dental side is the best dental place Ive ever been to there were nice and did their job right I will definitely be back to the dental part I would give the dental part 5 stars

This place sucks. As always BMW cheaps out on its associates. Most Drs are nurse practitioners or less and others just work there part time! The receptionists, most nurses, and other staff are different every time I visit. Every time they are like who are you? Have been put on tons of different drugs that do nothing but have different side effects. I quit going and will just tuff it out! BMW needs to drain the swamp here and throughout the entire company! I have never in my life seen such an inefficient waste of time and money! Go ANYWHERE else but here!

Everyone in the office has been very kind to our family. We really like them!

I have been a patient since they first opened and I have had the flu and every other virus around this year. NOT ONCE DID THEY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME! Maybe thats why their patients are dropping dead. BMW STOP BEING CHEAP AND HIRE SOME REAL DOCTORS TO CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE.

This one star is for the vision center only. The employees are rude and condescending. They didnt keep record if my appointment so I had to wait an hour to get in and they wouldnt take responsibility for their error.

Phone system and talking with a real person on the phone is ridiculous and frustrating.
