I was having so many issues with my back and neck due to work related injuries. The crew at Simply Southern in Greer has changed all of that. They sit down with you and line up all your needed treatments to literally straighten you out.The customer service and care at this location is awesome as well. Every time I go in, I feel like welcome and like they truly care.I would recommend this location to anyone who is considering treatment.

Went in for my preliminary appointment today. The space is gorgeous and very relaxing. The ataff was super friendly. I have been under chiropractic care most of my life and have never had such a thorough first appointment. Especially for the new patient price. The doctor is very nice and oddly funny. I got an appointment for my first adjustment less than 24 hrs later and personally love that they take the time to assess your needs prior to putting their hands on you. I have incredibly high hopes for my care here.

I have been a patient for about 8 months. When I first started there my sciatica was so bad that I couldn’t walk for more than a 100 feet or so without stopping to let the nerve calm down. Dr. Robbins has worked with me weekly and got me walking pretty much pain free. The staff at Simply Southern is second to none, no matter how dirty or grumpy I may be when I come in for my appointments they treat me like family. Simply Southern Chiropractic Center did an amazing job of introducing my daughter, who has never been to a chiropractor before, to their staff, doctors, office, and equipment. They explained everything very thoroughly and in laymens terms. They completed an initial evaluation and quickly scheduled a follow-up to discuss the findings. Dr. Duncan and Dr. Robbins are fantastic. They have been so helpful in getting me moving and improving my back pain. They lay out a very thorough treatment plan that WORKS!! Ive only been a patient at this office for a few weeks. When I went in for the first time I was in a lot of pain and unsure about going to a chiropractor. After my first visit I was confident I had found someone who could help me. Im already feeling 100% better. The staff are wonderful and this is a great environment. Im so happy I found this office!

This practice is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and open to answering all questions. They make sure you understand all of their equipment and treatments. There is no pressure and the consult was super easy.

I am excited to have a chiropractic team that offers various therapies along with the adjustments. I feel comfortably at ease with Dr. Duncan’s adjustments. She has a great personality. Such a huge improvement from prior experiences. I definitely feel improved mobility and pain relief.

My husband made an appointment with Dr Robbins since they see patients on Saturdays. During the initial consultation, my husband made it very clear that he could ONLY come on Saturdays. He paid the money to get his xrays and the consultation fee. Then waited a week for his next appointment when he was told they would review xrays and he would be adjusted. During THAT appointment, the dr went over the treatment plan of 3x a week. We tell him we can only go on Saturday. He doesnt say anything. Then the financial person comes in saying that the cost per session will be $27 MORE than what insurance was going to charge. AND that if we cant go with the treatment plan, they would not see us. The dr himself didnt have the guts to tell us himself! After finding another dr that will work with him, we requested xrays to be ready for us to pick up. When we get there to pick them up, they then want to charge us another $15 to get them! There was no call saying that it would cost. They are money hungry people and dont really care about their patients!! My husband can barely walk and they were more worried about money and getting $72 3x a week than trying to help him! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Always look forward to my regular chiropractic appointments. After back surgery 10yrs ago and extreme tension through shoulders and neck, it helps keep me on the go.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The employees were very nice and happy to help in any way that they could. The only reason I did not vote 5 stars, is because the x ray machine was broken when I came for my free screening and this required me to make a second appointment the following week. Also, Im a rather large individual and it appears that most if not all of the tables will be nearly impossible for myself to fit comfortably.

Might look nice on the outside, but they lie about prices to make money. I have 20 free visits under insurance, they tried to say I only had 2. And lied about pricing... would not go here if you are looking for family friendly places that care about people.... go to someone else

My hip and lower back were hurting so badly that it was hard to walk. My neck hurt too but not like my lower back. After my prescribed treatments I have no neck, lower back or hip pain. The staff are so friendly and great and Dr. Duncan is very caring and knowledgeable. I am on maintenance and it helps me stay pain free. They have dealt well with COVID 19. I feel very safe there as they take your temperature when you arrive and you wash your hands. There are usually no more than one more patient in the waiting room and they take you back quickly. I love Simply Southern!
