This is a magical place. Tamaras hands are a gift from above. She is working within her gift and it is making room for her. Sally Ann, man she has me looking like a woman again. My 1st visit and I had a day of pampering manicure and pedicure, eyebrow waxed and a massage. I will be back soon

This review is for R. Scott. Dear Mr. Scott, since you were not present when this conversation happened I dont know why you are writing the review. Your wife called you from the Spa and asked you to bring the gift certificate which you refused her. As far as yelling at my Massage Therapist, that never happened I dont know where you got that idea from. Yes Tamara did receive the tip that was added to the gift certificate. If you or your wife went to a restaurant and ate a meal and when it came time to pay the bill you told the owner that you had a gift certificate but did not bring it how far do you think you would get. As far as your wife showing me the gift certificate on her phone that never happed either. I was quite kind to her and told her that I would excuse it one time only. Your credit card was on file as it was required to reserve the massage appointment however it was not charged as was my right to do. The gift certificate clearly states that it must be presented at the time of service and your wife was told that the gift certificate must be presented at the time of the service when the massage was booked with Tamara.

I bought a gift certificate for my wife as a graduation gift and she went in today for a massage. The owner did a virtual gift certificate which she sent via email that my wife had on her phone.After the massage the owner had clearly been yelling at the other kind lady that works there for accepting the gift card and then proceeded to give my wife a hard time about it making statements like “I should make you pay for this one today because you didn’t print it”.Clearly this owner has never thought about the possibility that someone could print 500 copies of an emailed gift card and that shredding a printed paper copy has no purpose. She won’t have to worry about me printing more because you couldn’t pay me enough money to send anyone else there.Don’t be in a hospitality field if you’re going to treat people like trash. That includes customers and your own staff!!!P.S. To the really nice lady that did the massage, my wife says you were great. There was a tip included when I purchased the gift card. I doubt she will since she’s an awful person, but hopefully the owner passes that tip along to you.

Great place for waxing services. Also, a great place for a massage. The ladies are nice and make sure youre comfortable.

Every experience I have had in this salon has been amazing quality and service. You’re not just another customer here and it is the perfect place to relax after a long day of work or in between running errands. My go-to for getting my eyebrows done perfectly and my nails looking immaculate. This spa puts cleanliness as a top priority while keeping the atmosphere homey. Love this place and their team! 👏🏻

Wow - so I decided to try tranquility day spa (I had found then from just walking around my neighborhood for some fresh air!) & I had an amazing experience. It’s a great vibe inside & I left feeling refreshed, relaxed - plus; my skin looked *amazing*! It was my first microdermabrasion... I will definitely be a return client. Overall - a wonderful experience!!

SallyAnn is the best! Not only are the services here wonderful (I always do a wax and pedicure) but she is great. I have a weird work schedule some times and have to change my appointment and not only is she willing and able to help me but so sweet about it!

Im so confused as to how everyone was giving this place raving reviews. My experience with Sally Ann was terrible. She left wax all over me that I had to come home and get off myself and also hair, there was still so much hair after my wax that I still had to shave?! I have gotten much better waxing from other places than I got here for soo much cheaper. I definitely would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back. Also all she could do instead of just giving me my wax was continue to stop and constantly compliment and talk about herself and how great she was...she really was not even close to good!

This is a very warm relaxing atmosphere. They offer so many services. I highly recommend Tranquility spa if you are stressed or just want to spoil yourself. Their gift certificates make a wonderful surprise for someone you love.

My mother and I used to frequent Sally Ann when she was located up in NY- we were VERY sad to see her go. From nails, to facials to waxing, Ive had it all and have always left Tranquility happy. Sally Anns attention to detail is unparalleled.Sally Ann has an above-average standard for cleanliness and hygiene. Which, lets be honest, is a rare quality! Sally Ann also stays up-to-date on her business and industry news and is always willing to share her knowledge.I have yet to find another spa as phenomenal as Tranquility since Sally Ann relocated. I will be trying my best to find time to make the drive to Tranquility the next time I visit my fiances family in Columbia, SC!

My experience at Tranquility Spa was excellent. So relaxing and renewing. The spa is decorated to enhance the experience and immaculately clean. I had a wonderful ionic detox and pedicure and will be returning for more of the varied services soon. Grreat gem close to the Greer downtown area.

Sally Ann is wonderful!!! Her waxing method is much less painful than others i have had in the past. AND she sells my favorite skin line called Arbonne. Cant wait to have my the microderm abrasion this week. I love her personality, so funny!! But also has a very warm and caring heart!!

My massage with Keysha was incredible! I walked in the spa and immediately noticed how clean and refreshing the spa was. I have terrible anxiety and OCD so seeing how clean everything was set my mind at ease. With all my anxiety and OCD issues (I really dont like people touching me or even hugging me) I never thought I would be able to get a massage. Keysha was understanding and I appreciated the few minutes she gave me before the massage to calm myself. I feel so much better. She is very knowledgeable about her profession and was able to determine where my back discomfort was coming from and focused on easing the problem. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return!
