Elite Home Care has been extremely attentive to my older parents who have needed support during this pandemic. The caregivers have all been courteous and careful with my 82-year-old mother. They are punctual and flexible -- adapting to client needs and changes. They take COVID safety precautions, yet they work to form warm and friendly relationships with their clients. I highly recommend this group.

A few months ago I found myself needing some help after an injury. Not a lot, but some things I needed to do just couldnt be done with one arm tied behind... well, in a sling. I contacted several home-care companies and selected Elite to provide an aide-de-camp to help me out. The paperwork wasnt onerous (as far as these things go, which I have some experience with being lead caregiver to a 97-year-old). There were a couple of schedule shuffles at first (not unusual) which were quickly sorted out. The aide provided took care of everything I needed, cost was competitive, and it all worked out nicely until I was able to recover and resume my independence.

My adult son with autism spectrum has started attending the adult day program in Greer. My experience has been nothing but positive. The staff truly care about the clients. They are so calm and reassuring about my son and exhibit positive attitudes and provide a happy, productive, and calming environment. It is not always easy to do all of those well but Elite does. The directors are open to talk, visible, and caring. Even the bus driver was fantastic providing transportation to my son.My son met a potential client taking a tour and told him and his parents how wonderful Elite is. He was a great spokesperson for the Center. I would recommend 100%.

I have been a very happy client of the Elite Home Care caregiver services for almost 3 years now, and I cannot say enough nice things about the caregivers with Elite. I am a quadriplegic and totally dependent on others for virtually all of my activities of daily living, and the reliability and professionalism of the attendants associated with Elite give my husband and me peace of mind about my care and my quality of life. The management and supervisors strive to provide me with caregivers who are personally compatible with me and my particular needs, and when I have been compelled to voice any concerns or questions about the services I am receiving, the staff members have acted promptly to address my concerns and ensure that I am satisfied with my care. I would highly recommend Elite Home Care to any vulnerable adult or other person in need of caregiver services. These are very nice folks, in my opinion, and I thank the Lord that I chose this agency.

I love bringing my husband Doug to this center! The women who take care of him, are always happy to see him, and are very attentive. I recommend this daycare with 5 stars!!

Absolutely wonderful staff and care at both the Day Center as well as home health care! Jackie is so easy to contact and work with, and never leaves you in doubt that they will take care of your needs! Extremely happy with all of their care and services!

Personnel seem nice. I had no issues the few weeks I worked their. Everyone that I spoke with were always polite when they called me. My only issue is that I wasnt getting paid enough for the client I was given. My client was very specific in what you were to do and you never got out of her house on time which made it very frustrating. To care for her was not worth $9.50 hour. So I found another care-giving job that pays more. If it were not for that, I would still be with Elite. All in all, this is not a bad company to work for.

We have been sending our daughter to this program for several months now and it has given her some outside activity during this time of the Covid-19 scare. They have been very accommodating providing transportation and responsive to our requests. Thanks for your program!

I like to thank Melanie for understanding i concerns and needs. She stepped up to the plate and took charge of my brothers well being. She has went far and beyond to help us. Every person that works here is kind and does a great and thorough job. A lot of activities to choose from.

I started working at Elite in Dec i love the jobs i do and if i have any problems they do the best they can 2 solve. They would of got five star but some of the things they told me 2 do when i start doing them i get a call saying i cant dont know wht changed havent talk 2 anybody anyway It the end of the day Elite is a great place 2 work thanks sabrina

Greatpeople however they change them every 3 days it sucks that when you get used to somebody they always change them on you.
