Working at Adaptive is very rewarding in being able to improve a clients quality of life by doing things for them that they cannot do by themselves. Some work may be challenging but it is worth it as you get to know the client you are working with. Forming strong connections with clients benefits both the client and the caregiver when speaking from personal experience.

Very nice people but BEWARE.. I have just started service with them & have not had my full week of help yet at my needed hours, they try to find people at off hours not my needed ones so take a chance and see.p.s. dont call them alot or they will get mad at you & tell you to wait for their call.

I worked here a year ago most staff was very nice and kind wasn’t to nice to the clients and would tell them anything also I went to a home to care for a a male client once there I found I had to care for him n his wife.when asked if I was going to be paid for both I was ask to come in office and let go because I was told I was talking around clients but I was in my car alone. The aid before me said she was paid more on the he to care for both. But I did like weekly pay

I have never had a negative experience with this office. They show compassion towards their staff and their clients. No matter the issue you may have when you call them, or how often you call, they are always kind and willing to help you. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Adaptive is an amazing company to work for! They give you the training to become a home health aide and training for CPR. Ive worked here for a little over a year and a half now at full time and as long as youre willing to work and pick up youll get the hours you want. Theyre very flexible with your schedule as well! The office staff are all so friendly and easy to get along with. They truly do care about their clients and their employees! The pay and benefits are great too (weekly pay).

The company is very flexible and respectful. Every time I speak to someone they are polite and accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Adaptive is a great place to work! It’s a simple processes to get in and the ladies in the office make sure that everything is in order and that you are ready to go. I personally love the job from the clients to the staff! The staff really have your back and make sure you are comfortable !

The staff are very helpful to each other and all the clients I work with have been amazing and a joy to be with. There are challenging day but that is life for every human. Every day is another opportunity to put a smile on someone face and I love doing so being an employee of Adaptive nursing!!

Totally rude and unprofessional!!! The absolute worst place!!! You can go days without care!!! And the way they treat their employees is absolutely appalling!!! Its amazing they have any employees or clients at all!!! I discourage anyone from this place!!!
