I went to the Greenwood office for extractions and lower dentures. Dr Sweet Patel and her assistant Morgan went above and beyond to make sure I was very comfortable during my visit. Dr Patel was very professional during this whole process. They both always explained everything perfectly and made sure my concerns were addressed. These two ladies are beautiful inside and out and I will make sure I tell anyone that might need dental work to call them. They deserve a 12 or more on a scale of 1 to 10. Thank you both so much.

The team at Aspen Dental are amazing. I went in for an emergency visit due to a broken too. The very next morning I was able to get back in for a tooth extraction. I experience alot of anxiety with it comes to going to the dentist. They made me feel comfortable and gave me assurance. Within 25 minutes of my appointment I was leaving the office. Dr Patel was wonderful. She was kind, professional, and quick. Its comforting when you truly have health care providers that truly care about their patients. Everyone was really wonderful. I just cant remember all the names to give recognition.

Understaffed while I realize they are not same day dentures same month is not the case either. Kept appointments but the person I was scheduled to see wasnt available on my appointed time. Went for wax try in and they had lost my tray. Incompetent and unprofessional understaffed been waiting 5 weeks and still havent received my dentures

When they couldnt a tooth numb due to decay the not only found an oral surgeon , got me in but they called multiple times to check on me
