I took both of my teens who fight me and think brushing their teeth is a joke.. Dr. Beth was very straight forward but kind with them! My daughter needed two fillings and she is a very anxious teen especially medically. But Dr Beth had us scheduled with her and she did amazing thanks to Dr Beth and the staff being so wonderful! Both kids are now taking better care of their teeth thanks to the staff and Dr. Beth!! My husband and I are both scheduled to see them now.

Drove several hours to visit Dr Bachman, not only did he listen to my concerns but I was able to get my crown the very same day. The office staff are following strict protocols to keep everyone safe which I appreciated very much. I will definitely be making this drive again as I have found my new dentist!

The staff at Bachman do an excellent job making you feel comfortable and welcome. Their new location is convenient and clean. I trust in their work and was very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend Bachman, they are outstanding.

They’ve told multiple members of my family that they have more cavities than they actually do. Each one of them went to get a second opinion at Hadley, and found they only had a couple. Seems like a money grab to me. I got my whole family to switch over to Hadley, and would not recommend Bachman to anybody.

Great family practice, I would recommend Dr. Bachman to anyone. I am a patient and really enjoy my experience each time I visit this office. They are very thorough and detailed in explaining treatment to me, and provide education in a way that makes it easy for me to understand. You can tell that they really place a high level of emphasis on patient care. The staff are friendly and very easy to talk to. 5-stars all the way!

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. The dental assistant was helpful and listened to my concerns. I was referred to Bachman Family Dentistry and actually drove almost 3 hours there for a second opinion about an ongoing, worsening and quite bothersome dental issue. Dr. Nick Bachman was very attentive and easy to talk to. He was very thorough, never made me feel rushed, and made sure i was comfortable during my exam. He was able to recognize what the problem was and fix it. When he told me what the issue was i knew he was right based on what he saw and i felt. He really knows his stuff. Ill be back for all my dental needs. Wish he was closer to home but worth the trip!

Sure the provider and staff are incredibly friendly, however, I rather have staff and a provider that isnt super friendly BUT receive proper dental work. Filling fell out 4 to 5 weeks later. And dont get me started on the billing issues. Ive NEVER had fillings fall out weeks later. Will definitely not be returning. Good luck

The best dentist Ive been to. Dr. Bachman explains everything that is going to take place during the procedure. They make sure their patients are well taken care of. I recommend them to anybody looking for a great dentist

Very friendly staff. Gave me great options about my care and also were very knowledgeable about the insurance. For a first time visit I was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

First visit. Went well. They were very prompt, courteous and professional. Explained all my options, no high pressure at all. Respected my concerns and is allowing me to do my own research and make my own decisions.

When I broke a tooth they got me in right away to fix it. My first crown experience was terrific. Melissa and Kianne were so sweet and very compassionate and did a fantastic job assisting. The injection was so good I didnt feel it. The same day crown procedure was incredible. No impressions, no temporary to worry with. Two hours of my time in the chair and I have a great crown. Dr Bachman and Team BFD did a great job. You have my confidence. Thank you!

Was told I had 7 cavities and needed a. crown.Went to smother dentist who could only find 2 cavities and wasnt worried about a crown

Just stay away. THEY WILL bill you for items not covered by insurance without your authorization. I have never had to pay anything in the 10 years of my dental insurance for routine cleanings. I was billed for an oral exam during a 6 month cleaning visit that was not covered by insurance (they check insurance coverage before each visit). When I called to discuss they lied and said the charge was from a prior visit. Checked my explanation of benefits and verified the lie. I hope the $33 you stole from me was worth any future dental work you would have had from me plus having to be honest to anyone who asks about my experience.

Dr. Bachman and his exceptional staff took great care of me (and have over the last two years). My mother worked for a dental office for 33 years so I can easily spot a great practice like Bachmans! My hygenist is extremely thorough and did an incredible job! Dr. Bachman also has a ton of experience with extractions and had no issue at all pulling my 5th wisdom tooth. Highly recommend this practice!

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give their staff and dr. Bachman a 12! They are very caring and professional!

My fiance went in for several cavity fillings and a root canal. We went to another dentist after having to go back to bachmans multiple times (one of which included her waking up in the middle of the night bawling) due to a cavity not being filled properly. It was then noted both fillings had been done improperly and needed redone. Now all of her dental insurance has been used up for the year and we are out over 1000 dollars with no positive results.
