The residents have so much to teach us as we learn about their past and we get to know their family as well. My wife worked here 2014-2016 and had her grandmother here from 2016-2017 when she passed away. And now she is back there working PRN. She absolutely loves it there! They are so welcoming and kind to residents.

You will not find a better place for your loved one to be cared for then at Aspen Trace. They are hands down, The absolute BEST in the business! Bar None.. I’ve witnessed the staff multiple times at Aspen Trace, I’m willing to bet, The review by Carl White. Isn’t a legitimate review. Just by reading the entire review, This was more likely a former employee who had an axe to grind. There is NO WAY! What he claimed to have happened to his “loved one” Actually happened. The staff is beyond attentive to their residents. And I guarantee the Management Team, Would have caught that kind of unacceptable behavior. The Management team actually follows up on their employees and there’s no way that stuff would have occurred. Please don’t allow the ramblings of I’m willing to bet, A former employee to affect your decision. Go to the facility and see for yourself. Once you visit and your, You’ll see the standards they have and that none of that, Would have taken place.

Aspen Trace is wonderful! The whole process of moving my mother into her new apartment went very smooth.. Starting with Aimee, the marketing director going above and beyond making sure the apartment was ready and met our expectations. Meeting Aimee for the first time and taking a tour of the property with her really put me at ease. Aimee was so professional and easy to work with, I felt as though she was family and had my mothers best interest in mind.. Tori was the weekend nurse that welcomed my mother on her first day and made sure all her needs were taken care of.. I can’t say enough about the nursing staff being so attentive and kind to mother, making her feel so comfortable in just a few days , she knew she was where she needed to be!The dinning room is beautiful with the sweetest ladies who welcomed mother and made sure she made her way to a comfortable table quickly learning her likes and dislikes.. Therapy and the activities director are equally as great! Knowing that my mother is happy and being cared for as if she were a family member is very reassuring that we made the right decision in choosing Aspen Trace!

My grandma was here for a short stay. The staff was super friendly. The building is always clean and smells great. I can’t tell you how many nursing homes I have been to where it smells like urine and the CNA’s aren’t approachable. This place is awesome! They made us feel like family! Thank you Aspen Trace, you made her stay a good one!

I am so grateful for the outstanding care and compassion that my loved received while getting rehab at Aspen Trace! The therapy team and nursing staff were very helpful to answer any of our question and showed our family love and respect. After my family member was reaching his goals in therapy and his stay at the facility was coming to an end, the therapist actually came to our house to complete a home assessment. During our home assessment the therapist made recommendations to help us create a safer environment for our loved one. The building was beautiful and clean, and also the food was delicious. If you want your family to receive kindness and compassion during their time of need, I would highly recommend anyone to send their loved one to this beautiful nursing home and rehab facility!

This is a very warm, friendly, nicely decorated and caring individuals. The OT and PT people helped me tremendously. The food is good too. I will be facing surgery very shortly. Afterwards I will need rehab. Absolutely will return! I highly recommend this facility. You will be assured you and your loved ones will be taken care of.Thank you Aspen Trace!!!

I am so happy with the care my mom is receiving at Aspen Trace. Their communication is fantastic. I am so relieved to have been able to move her there. I would highly recommend their cherished memories care unit to all.

Terrible place. This is how their director of nursing, human resources, staff development, unit manager, weekend supervisor, etc. act online. This is unacceptable. They make fun of dementia patients online. What else are they willing to do? I do not feel safe having my family member here. Unmoral. Unethical. Disrespectful.

My Mother - in - Law is a Resident on Cherished. The staff provides excellent, Actually exceptional care not just to her, But to all of their residents. They don’t treat them like “Patients” They treat them like they were their family members. I have a relative who works for an ASC Community, I’ve personally witnessed them yell at and on one occasion a staff member was a little rough physically with one of their patients. They rarely at ASC ( At least the facility ) Call their patients by name, They address them by their respective room number! That’s disrespectful. The folks at Aspen, Know their patients by name and address them as such. The way the staff treats the residents is a very, very refreshing. The management team treats the staff very, Very well. And that leadership, Truly has a trickle down affect. Everyone smiles, Say’s “Hello” when you pass them in the Halls. I would 100 percent, Recommend Aspen Trace to anyone looking for a place to have their loved one looked after in their Golden Years.Kudos to everyone at Aspen Trace! Keep up the great work!

This is the second time my husband has received care at Aspen Trace. The reason I requested Aspen Trace the 2nd time is because of the excellent care he received the first time. I can say this with full confidence because I stayed day and night with him the first time and witnessed the exceptional care he received. I have also been here most of the time this visit and I cant thank them enough for the high quality of care he has received. Everyone from the nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists,occupational therapists as well as the nurses, CNAs, even housekeeping and kitchen staff have gone above and beyond every single day in every circumstance. I cannot recommend this facility enough!

Was never so disapointed in a facility as Aspen Trace is. Two falls for my spouse in 2 days is too much when that is what he was in there for. Went in with a brain bleed. I had to ask for everything to be monitored. Did not bring food that was ordered and did not check on him like they were suppose to after the first fall when the next shift came on. Where is the compassion that a person is to have to work in this field. Second night, had one nurse and one aide for 2 wings. People were coming in and out the door with no one at the desk for hours to monitor it. Not a safe place to leave someone you love. I feel so guilty picking out this place. Did not even deserve 1 star. Left very dissatisfied.

These people care unlike the Hearth at Stones Crossing. Mom was always clean and she was in the Memory unit. Now that she has pasted they took care of the billing. New what we owed right away and they even discounted for the days she wasnt there. Great place for mom.

The staff at Aspen Trace has been very accommodating and helpful during our family members move. Every question has been answered very thoroughly. The facility is very clean and inviting.

Terrible! The help is rude and nasty to patients. Sit at the desk and no one is helping unless you holler. They shouldn’t take patients if they can’t care for them. I’m very disappointed in the overall care. It looks nice inside, but do not let that fool you. As soon as you leave, they will slack off. The halls are empty and you can’t even find anyone when you are there. Do your research. This place may have been okay at one time, but it is not the place if you need skilled nursing. It’s false advertising on their website. They do not do it! It’s a joke. If you send them here, you better monitor them throughout the day or something bad will happen. We saw an ambulance and EMT there almost daily.

This is a FABULOUS retirement community! The staff members are caring, personable, competent, and upbeat. It is an extremely positive and social environment for the residents!

This place is absolutely terrible. Our loved one was there for not even 4 weeks and it was awful. Food was terrible, nurses were very rude and even to family that they have never met before and coffee was cold, unacceptable. He had soiled himself and had to lay in it for awhile and it was still on his clothes days later. His laundry was returned to him upon leaving dirty and the clean laundry was not folded and in a ball, they lost his good blanket as well. One of my family members called to speak with the upper management and never has had a returned phone call to her, used the same old excuse that he is in a meeting, that was 10 days ago, must have been a really long one.Overall, very upset with how he was treated and with the staff in general. I would look other places before putting your loved one in the care of Aspen Trace.

Dont bother. If their care is anything like their phone assistance then forget it. Gab was so rude when I called about potential placement for my loved one. So rude in fact I ended the conversation and decided not to look into this location further.

Horrible Horrible. Dont answer the phones, cant find anyone to get assistance with your loved one, CNAs sit in the parking lot and smoke all evening and staff is rude if you even ask them a question. Never ever ever taking another loved one there.

The care was so terrible we had to take him somewhere else !The doctor prescribed drugs he never needed , when I caught her mistake she took him off them ! They lost his clothes ! They left him naked in bed with the door open lying in his piss ! I dont know how long , at least an hour ! I know they didnt take him to lunch ! I never thought about suing but this place needs shut down ! All they kept telling me was I was , I was right they were wrong ! If a lawyer reads this I would love to talk to them ! There are even more things I can tell you that they did wrong !

Have significant concerns about the treatment, or lack of, that my father received. Was told corporate would reach out to me last December. Still waiting.
