I connected with Josh at the end of a significant relationship, searching for deeper ways to reconnect with self and move forward more healthfully in new relationships. Living in a rural community with limited resources, I was hesitant to start telehealth, but with Josh it has been so natural and comfortable. Now I wouldnt have it any other way.I have continued my work with him as I have experienced deep inner growth I didn’t even know I was searching for. He is able to meet me where I am at and always has a way to provoke new learning and deep meaning. The guidance and work Josh has provided and inspired has been more than I have ever expected. My personal relationships, my career and above all the relationship I have with myself have been transformed. His solution-focused approach has guided me to put our work into immediate action and the results have left me empowered, able to establish healthy boundaries and able to create vibrant relationships.

Josh has a true gift for getting to the root of issues and then presenting you with tools to process what you’ve uncovered together. I have healed in ways I never thought possible, and I’ve never been happier or more centered in my entire life. I am eternally grateful for the tools that Josh gave me and the work we did. Josh provides a calming and welcoming presence that gave me the opportunity to open myself up and explore my world without fear of judgment or appraisal. My initial thoughts on therapy were always those of apprehension, and skepticism. After being referred to Josh, my first session with him changed my mind. Self improvement is typically difficult, even with guidance. Josh made identifying personal goals and actionable steps towards them much easier. Even after moving from the Northeast to Kentucky, Ive refused to see anyone else and still maintain our scheduled meetings via online methods. I wish there was an efficient way to explain how much Josh has helped me in the past 4 years, but there isnt enough space in this review to do so. If there is one thing you should take from this review; its that if you sit down and speak with Josh once, youll probably continue to do so for years to come.
