We had a picnic fun day with our grandchild in the park area. We loved the playground area and the design made it family friendly for multiple ages. It is an airy place with convenient bathrooms, nice sitting areas and a little bookcase of books that were free to use.

This park needs more walking trails and the restrooms by the playground need a lot of maintenance. The baseball fields are nice though.

The bathrooms needs some serious cleaning and mosquito repellent sprayed in them. The stalls were full of mosquitoes, really hard to use facilities if you dont want to get bit. Need to take those in and just wash everything down, then use repellent to help keep critters-insects out. Great park, trail around it somewhat, wish it was longer, or went somewhere. Playground area for kids, tennis, sand volleyball this time the nets were up, baseball. Really nice park.

Huge parking lot, concessions, bathrooms, well groomed. Pretty nice!

The fields are well kept. There is plenty of seating. The concession stand was not open for our event, so I am not sure how it is. The restrooms were clean and not scary, so no complaints there! Good place overall.

GSL was a joke this year. First off got one of the worst coaches for the second time, and throughout the whole baseball season nothing ever made sense. Practices canceled all the time with very short notice. Each game was refereed by different people and none of them used the same rules for some reason . Pictures were a hot mess hundreds of people crammed into a time building with no directions at least our team had zero directions. The tournament was stolen my a baised referee who only fixed the ball shooter 2 mins before the end of our game which we didnt get to bat to at all. The other did got to do there whole line up with a fixed ball shooter but we didnt get to have a single kid swing at the fixed shooter. It was so messed up.

Great place to take the kids the play castle setup they have is awesome. My daughter loves this place

Havent been in a while, but I see theyve added a lot of new playground equipment. The area is nice and open and the small nature are is very educational. Ive ever been to a few baseball games there but the sports facilities seem well maintained. My only issue is the park is extremely open. No trees and very little cover aside from the main awning. Im curious if there are any plans in the works to plant some trees for shade.

Two starts because as far as walking trails go there isnt much. There are fields of grass for dinner, a playground for the kiddos (though the wooden fort was recently removed), tennis, and baseball fields as well.It would be great if there were more walking trails developed in Greenville- which after all shows an extreme aversion to sidewalks even to make waking safer, though dont see this happening.Curious where the 80% increase in property taxes offer the past 2 years has been deployed. I cant see any improvements bearing what the state provides.

Needs more parking.

I use the concrete walking/jogging path regularly. After it rains or the sprinklers run, the path in certain areas goes underwater. Can Parks and Rec Maintenance push broom or squeegee the water off so the entire walkway can be used? This has been an issue for years.

We LOVE the playground at the Greenville Sports Complex. My 8 year olds were very excited about all the equipment, especially the zip line. The parents and kids were all very polite and played well together. A beautiful, fun place to relax with your kids.

It was very nice, kids loved it! Their is plenty for kids to do. It is also very safe but still need to keep an eye on kids.

Its really nice since theyve remodeled the park. My kids love the zip line and honestly, so do I!

Great placeIm confined to a wheelchair and most places in Greenville are not easy for me to get to. The Sports complex is absolutely the easiest for me to navigate. There is not a single part of the park I cant get to. I particularly enjoyed the dock on the lake. The only thing missing were a few trees. Loved it.

Great place for families! We meet wonderful people every time we visit.

This is a good place always fun. Great feilds and pretty clean.I play ultimate Frisbee out there and it is great.

Nice park but could use more parking during sporting events.

This is a very nice facility & accommodates all sports (baseball, football, basketball & soccer).

Great fields. Well maintained. Fun atmosphere. Our kids play soccer and Tball here. We play coed softball and kickball.

Basketball and soccer fields are really nice. We had a large group from church and there was plenty of room. About 20 of us. Plenty of parking.

This park is so terrible for you to bring your family- if this wasnt the only place where Greenville held youth sports leagues we would never come here because every time we go to try to have fun as a family there are teenagers making-out, cussing, smoking, spitting, fighting and just being a complete nuisance. I even had a older boy picking on my four-year-old son. They really need to do something about the problems with the teens loitering.

Great stadium with turf field. Home side has awesome seating with backs. Good views of whole field.

Fields are great!!!! Consession stand people, not so much. The younger ones that used to work there were much nicer and pleasant.

Its a good park with many fields and places for activities. They have a large playground (get back to that in a second), pavilion with tables and restrooms, basketball court, skating rink, batting cages, walking trails, lake with pier, baseball areas, and, of course, the fields for soccer and other field games. I want so much to like this park, heres the thing though, I dont and its all because of that playground. First of all, it has some coating on it that can cause cancer so they have a huge sign telling you to wash up after use...um, kids are always bringing food and stuff in there, not the best idea so dont do that. Also, its right next to the high school so you get a bunch of teenagers on the equipment cursing and acting stupid, even the infant equipment. Its obnoxious. This could be the best park in Greenville. I think Greenville thinks it already is as this is where many community activities are held, but I prefer the smaller parks where kids can play and not have issues with the older ones.

The complex is good. But the city that runs it. Is a big joke. They dont care about the leagues they make u pay for or anything. The only thing they care about is the traveling leagues. Its a joke.

$2.50 for a warm bottle of water, really?
