Mostly a pleasant experience except for wait staff service. If you play low denomination slots, you can basically give up getting any service! In 5 hours I never got a waitress to take my order. Supervisors walking around saw me looking for the waitress & took my order and then someone else working there brought it to me.(not a waitress) I mean if I didnt tip well I would understand slower service, but not absolutely no service! I shouldnt have to tip up front just to get their attention. Each time weve gone there, at least 12 times in the past year, Ive had to tip $10-$20`up front, then tip $1 for each drink afterward, just so my husband and I could get waited on halfway decently. Thats a shame! But, other than that its a nice place and a very enjoyable experience. I do think were going to try out the other casinos in the area next time however. Its been a while since we visited them and I want to see if the service is any better there.

Good stop from Midwest to Florida. Employees were all pretty rude and bed frames were in bad shape. Rooms were nice tho. Nice bathrooms, a lot of the food options closed down. We would stay here again, just not the nicest, but for $128 a night we were happy.

The lobby was nice and clean, the staff was real friendly. I liked the layout of the rooms. Felt my room was a little dark. Room 304 the lights on the headboard of the bed didnt turn on. Wish we were able to get more stations on the television. The hotel as a whole was nice and enjoyed my stay.

Very clean. Great staff. Not many food choices during the week. Louies is only open Friday and Saturday, and not until dinner time. The buffet is closed for remodeling. The Sandbar Cafe, and the coffee shop are the only options. Lots of slots, cards, craps roulette, sports betting machines.

Always parking here. Just have your food and drink. They used to shuttle you up to casino. Nice and quiet though. Park here often.

Nice rooms.. no fridge or microwave.. beds are really comfy. Tried a monster burger it was really good as well

I stayed there during my Father’s birthday celebration and graduation. The rooms were everything I imagined except for the microwave and refrigerator that’s missing inside of the hotel rooms. We couldn’t warm our food or cool our drinks, but we still enjoyed our stay. The food at “Louise’s” is DELICIOUS, but the prices are mind blowing. lol Overall, the food, rooms, and entertainment was worth every penny. Thumbs up Harlows 👍🏾

To start..the fire alarm went off at 7:30 am..I first tried to call the front desk after it didn’t stop for a minute..to find out there in no way to reach them from your phone in your room..then I opened my door to see other guest running and hearing panic that the door to the stairs was locked. My kids were in the room with my husband and I went to check to see if there was another stair case to get them out. At this point everyone is assuming there is a fire…and we shouldn’t use the elevator. Finally a man did and came back and said there was no fire..it was just a 7 minute long fire alarm test that was scheduled and the doors auto lock when the alarm goes off. I ask to talk to a manager after I realize what is going on with my concerns..to be told there isn’t one. Everyone was rude and acted like we’re were crazy for being upset.

The hotel bed was great but ice machine didnt work. No sugar or cream for in room coffee pot so a trip downstairs and N0 coffee anywhere for overnight guests until 9 am?? Had to drive 18 miles for a cup of coffee!

I love to go, but each time I go I never seem to have any luck... Its a beautiful establishment with awesome customer service, but the slots just never do anything for me except eat my money.

Visiting Greenville, checking on my Uncle Newton, the Casino was ok, I won a little however played it back, really enjoyed my Visit.

Nice lobby and decent casino area. However, the staff is rude and uninterested. From the front desk to the bartenders, there is no friendly southern hospitality here to be found. On top of that the restaurants were closed and a snack bar was all that was open on a Wednesday night. Paying $164 a night to stay here was a rip off.

Upon walking into the casino we were subjected to freezing temperatures! It was not a deal breaker just extremely uncomfortable. The drink service was slow, all of the change machines were down so every time you cashed in a ticket or needed change you had to go to the cashier, and a lot of the gaming machines were down, this was my first visit so unfortunately I cannot compare post Covid Harlows with pre Covid Harlows.

Great place to lose money what can I say it is a casino the staff is friendly and courteous my only complaint is they dont always come around take your drink orders or as often as they should if they do come around other than that I love the place just not as much as my girlfriend. Great environment

Head Security guard is extremely rude and unprofessional. When the man at the casino door told me I had to throw my lemonade away before I left. I Asked to speak to his security manager about the drink policy (taking a pink lemonade out to the water fountain to take my medication and sit down as the casino was extremely hot and crowded... not to mention having to have a mask on) as the head security was walking up I didn’t get “can I “ and he just pointed to the trash and kept walking. I said sir and and he put his thumb up in the air and kept walking. We won’t mention the amount of money we spent and how tight the slots are. Would not recommend this casino after being to Biloxi, New Orleans, and Vegas. Had to come out to their shop and BUY a lemonade from the gift shop to take my medication.

Beds were comfortable. I got up and went down to get soda and coffee to take my medicine and everything is closed until 9a.m. need fridge and microwave in room for this problem and front desk had no coffee packets to give me so I had to go to gas station then back to room to take my medicine.

Everything was great, besides dealing with the bartenders. The bartenders attempted to send me bottom shelf alcohol instead of what Ive requestsed, thinking most people wouldnt notice. They attempted this on me recently until I mentioned the conflict to them. Be aware.

Very nice facility. It was packed full of people gambling. I loved the jetted tub. And the light fixtures on the headboards very detailed and beautiful.

Great Little casino!! Offered a good break on the drive across the south. Slots were paying fairly well. We were there for about an hour, and came out $20 ahead. Anytime the house doesnt keep your money is a good day!

The most recent visit trip from Memphis to Greenville to your casino wad the most disappointing and least desirable ever. You machines were obviously being turned on and off almost every 2hrs. There were no rooms available which we 4 ladies were left with no choice but to drive back to Memphis at 3am in the nightAny future trips for fun at a casino will be taken at any other casino but Harlow in Greenville. While we was staying there I had a family member tell me that the people under them had water leaking on their bed when we took a shower. Not only that the rooms cost too much not to have any accommodations like a mini fridge or microwave

I really enjoyed myself but if the waitress would come around more to take your order for drinks it would be better. We as the customers shouldnt have to look for them.

Beautiful clean room!! Staff was courteous and very helpful when we had questions! I would highly recommend this place!! The room rate was on the high side but totally worth it, we also got a military discount which was awesome!!

Hotel bed is about on par with any other hotel. No laundry services or laundromat on site. No microwave in room. You can request a mini-fridge but no guarantee you’ll get one. The Wifi is slow. The cable TV works half of the time. I’ve stayed in about 8 different rooms over the past 4 months. Every room had some sort of issue. (TV didn’t work, toilet didn’t work, AC didn’t work, card reader didn’t work, room smelled horrible, etc.). The restaurant it SLOW and the food is not worth the price or wait. If I had to pay to stay here I’d honestly be pretty upset. Unfortunately, this is the nicest place to stay in the area. I stayed here due to working a job nearby. If you’re coming here for a good time and good experience, I’d look elsewhere. This whole town is an absolute dump. On a positive note,The staff is really nice and they do what they can to help but it doesn’t make up for the hotel shortcomings.

Horrible experience. Probably about 20% of the machines down, one or two slot attendants, had to wait like 20-30 minutes for one to come to the machine where we were that messed up and that was after me and my boyfriend both went to tell someone. The food from the cafe there wasnt all that bad but nothing to brag about. I dont any machines were paying out either.

The floors in the rooms are nasty. I wore white socks I had to take them off nobody to help you get your stuff out of the car I spent 23.00 on food he was so bad I could not eat it to me this boat has gone down.

The atmosphere is Vegas and the slots are loose as an untied shoe. I went with two friends and within the first hour all 3 of us were up a hundred bucks each and that was on member card sign up free play!

We had a fun time. I would have liked to have seen more newer machines and I dont mean the giant jumbo ones. We won enough to have a good time which is why we go.We parked our RV in the truck lot where there is lots of room. BEWARE the giant ruts. A lot of trucks showed up later but we spent a comfortable night dry camping.

Its ok rooms dont have microwave or fridge I think they have smart tvs in certain rooms. The room we got this time had no smart tv and I love watching tv... So I spent more money at the casino from boredom lol

So impressed with the level of care and professionalism amid the pandemic. Upon checking in, we were stopped at the entrance to the lobby by officers taking temperature and going over a check list to insure the health of patrons and guests.The rooms were comfortable, clean and impressive. If there was a downfall, it would be the lack of TV channels available...but that is a very small inconvenience. The staff was very pleasant and wore masks the entire time on the floor.

Disappointed with handicapped amenities. No drivable carrier. No walkin showers. I had to support/tote him all the way down the hall to a room where he couldnt bathe.

I tried to save money and stay at Day’s Inn a few miles away but it was a dump with bed bugs so we checked out. We paid the extra $50 and stayed at Harlows. It was a castle compared to Days Inn. It had a jacuzzi tub huge bathroom and my wife liked the vanity .We even had a river view.

Only played the slots for bout an hour or so. Basically because they dont serve Hennessy no more.

This COVID-19 has drained my slot fun!
