I needed a covid test and within less than 20 hours I had my test results back! Everyone was super helpful and safety conscious! If you need to get a covid test I highly recommend going here!

Better than what it was a few years ago when I first came here. Appointment line is more responsive with handling and scheduling appointments.

They dont pick up the phone to make an appointment....it is ridiculous.

Staff were great. But if you need something checked out or done in a timely fashion you might as well go to the minor ED or to an urgent care center. They take forever to get back with you.

Im a student at PCC and had to get some vaccinations as a requirement for my program. I was able to get them free here. This was truly amazing because to be in my program I can only work a part time job and do not have health insurance or the money to pay for all the shots I needed. So thank you Pitt Public Health!

The way their scheduling an appointment works is horrible. I started a new job and have to be here at 10 am every morning. In order for me to make a different appointment I have to TRY to call at 8am when they open only to stay on hold for 41 minutes to then be told I have to wait and schedule it for a week away. It’s stupid how EVERYONE goes on lunch at 12 and not just rotate every one for different times for lunch. They aren’t great at all with trying to help working with the patient.

👎 I had to drive out there because no one would answer the phone ! I got there and it was a HORRIBLE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING PROCESS! THERE ARE MANY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS AVAILABLE BUT NONE CAN SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANYONE NO MATTER HOW CROWDED OR EMPTY THE LOBBY IS. THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHOM CAN SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND THAT ONE PERSON IS NEVER ALLOWED TO BE SEEN THEY JUST HAVE A HOTLINE PHONE NUMBER THAT STAYS BUSY AND KEEPS YOU ON HOLD WITH NO ESTIMATION OF TIME. WASTE OF TAX DOLLARS, TIME AND GAS.& STILL COULDNT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ❌ 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🔥🔥 I NOW HAVE TO LEAVE PITT COUNTY JUST TO SCHEDULE A CHECK UP WITH A DEPARTMENT WHO TAKES HEALTH AND APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING SERIOUSLY. MOST COUNTIES AND STATES DONT EVEN REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE WALK-INS ARE SUFFICIENT. 🤞

Had to wait 2 hours for them to read a TB skin test. That was with an appointment. Rude staff. Incompetent and uncaring. My college recommended I come here. Never again!

WIC office employees are very rude. when asking questions about what I needed to bring to appointment, woman on the phone caught a nasty attitude with me. Acted as if my questions annoyed her. She also hung up on me, when I asked her how to show proof of residence bc I have just recently moved to the area & have no mail at my permanent address yet. When I called WIC supervisor to address the issue, never got a call back. Guess they condone that type of behavior.

I never leave reviews on Google but this place DESERVES one star, the appointment making is horrendous, the staff over the phone is very short and unhelpful, honestly it feels like they have a problem with doing their jobs, their tone worsens the longer youre on the phone with them asking questions.
