Everyone in the office seems very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee performed my daughters thyroid surgery, and a few years later he did sinus surgery on me. We both did very well and have great confidence in him. I highly recommend him.

Great Dr Weibel Long wait

Dr. Lee is amazing. I had to have a total thyroidectomy and he is still treating me and he has always been more than helpful and has a great bedside manner. Always laughing and making me feel comfortable and never rushed when I see him. The staff has been very helpful as well with paperwork and things I need for work. At times it does take a little time to get in and have waited an hour or so but they are a crazy busy office and they have worked me in when needed. I recommend this office and Dr. Lee to anyone!

I have been going to Allergy ENT for a few years now. I originally saw Dr. Weibel for sinus problems. He is an awesome doctor who really cares about his patients. Then approximately a year ago I had to get hearing aids and started seeing Dr. Rebecca Jimenez, the audiologist. She is an awesome doctor also! She is patient with my many questions and is very knowledgeable! She really cares about her patients and makes them feel at ease. I wont go to any other audiologist at Allergy ENT. If Rebecca isnt there, Ill wait until she is! I love the fact that all the doctors are very knowledgeable, caring and kind (kindness being a big deal with me)! Thank you for being there for us in Greenville, Texas!!!

Have had multiple billing issues with this clinic but went back today just to get a hearing aid adjusted, and waited 40 minutes past my appointment only to be asked to reschedule because the doctor was ordering a lot of hearing tests. Yet I DID have an appointment. I will be changing ENT offices, but will miss the great doctors. Absolutely terrible service today. The practice manager was helpful when I made her aware of the situation.

Doctor Camilla Graham is a great and caring practioner and surgeon.

My husband was suffering from severe vertigo. We went to the ER twice and were referred to the ENT here in Greenville. We ended up getting Dr. Lee and he looked inside my husbands ears and said there was no type of fluid inside eitherear and that he would have to go to get a dizzy test in their Rockwall location the following week. His symptoms got so bad the weekend before the appointment that we went back to the ER. The doc that examined my husband clearly saw his right ear full of fluid and some in his left ear. We dont know how the hell the ENT didnt see this. We had just seen him Friday and went to the ER Sunday afternoon. Dont recommend this doctor at all. They will just charge you and charge u and tell you they dont know what is wrong with u.

These guys will bleed you if you let them. In order to get a simple shot, they require me to see a doctor when she already scheduled a time (month) to have the shot. Im sure the schedule included a doctors appointment so they can charge another fee. I am in the process of moving to Lakeside in Rockwall. I recommend you do the same.

Whatever you do, do not go here my wife waited 3 months to get into this office only to wait two hours once she got to the clinic then my wife had to leave because she had to go to school they told her to come in at like 3 she was still waiting at 5 and had to be at school at 5:30 and then they wanted her to pay for services she didnt even receive... I was mind blown when she told me that they wanted her to pay...seems like they should pay her... she lost 3 hours of pay since she had to leave work early and she also had to drive 35 miles to get there...unreal

These people here suck and are so rude! My son had surgery back in march for tonsils and nasal and ear tubes since then hes been in and out of the doctors and now has an ear infection with tubes! After I was told it will help, I refuse to tell people about this place even when my son was in the Er for her mess up during surgery they were no help dont let your love ones go here!

Ive never waited a long time always got back within 30 mins and they have a great staff

Dr. Vora and the nurses were wonderful with my daughter, however the Greenville office staff is very rude. We changed offices/providers after consecutively being treated with unprofessionalism. They always seemed like you were bothering or inconveniencing them when you called to make an appointment or ask a question.

Not very happy with this office location. My sons surgery for his tubes is Wednesday. today is Monday and I still do not no a time. I have called and asked if I could get a time they were rude and said no one will give me a time till the day before when ever they call. Ive been going to the rockwall office for several yrs and never ever have had anyone be rude to me. But the GREENBVILLE LOCATION IS NOT VERY FRIENDLY. We also were there for 3 hrs waited in the waiting room for over a hr.

My entire famimy and extended family go here. Great place, great doctors, great staff.
