They have closed down, new place listed on door, was a good place to get glasses from
I returned to this business because I received great glasses but on a second visit (2 years later) I could not see with the new glasses so I returned to try to resolve the issue. I am now having to use my old glasses that give me less than good vision and turn my face and hair green. I really had faith that they were a reputable company. I feel so let down and disappointed.
If you are a client with Vocational Rehabilitation, watch out. Someone went with me to my exam and sat in the waiting room listening to the secretary talk badly about the “difference” between “those people”, meaning Voc Rehab people like me, and their regular, apparently much wealthier clientele. I was incensed. The exam was humiliating. The optometrist apparently moves very quickly with us and takes his time with our “betters.” As a result, I waited two months for ruined glasses and the wrong prescription and had to have them redone while waiting another two months. The snide and sneering secretary and the unfathomably rude and slack optometrist really made their entire business stink to high heavens of ignorance and bigoted rot. People from VR are flying blind, literally, and the best these creeps can do is insult us and shove us around like dolls. Wholly unprofessional and pathetic. Go somewhere else, or squint.
