Dr. Meera Shreedhara Vasudha is my fathers oncologist at at Hunt Regional in Greenville, TX. I received a call today from my elderly father indicating that he did not understand his diagnosis nor his treatment. He feels that he is slowly dying and is very weak. He is alone and barely has energy to go to the grocery store. Due to COVID, he ventures out as little as possible. This is the first time he has reached out in the 57 years that I have known him. Dr. Shreedhara indicated that she will give me a call on Thursday(today is Tuesday evening) so that I can understand my fathers diagnosis and treatment. This rating will be updated, but for now I am giving a below average rating due to the fact that my father understands neither his diagnosis nor his treatment and has been ill for over a year. I am hoping I am able to give a five star rating in the near future.

My Dr sent me there to have bloodwork for a transfusion before my surgery and I questioned them on why they were taking so much blood and they told me they were testing for lupus and I asked why That I was there for what type of blood I had for transfusion and they said they didn’t have orders for that so I demanded to have that blood test so I could have my surgery If I hadn’t of questioned them I would not have had my surgery They took unnessary blood test for no reason I will never go back to that doctor or that cancer center I think they got me mixed up with someone else I hope no one ever goes through what I did and they never apologized for any of the mix up ThankYou Linda Marshall

She is my oncologist and I love her. She is friendly, approachable and treats me like I am a person not just a paitent. She is thourogh and seemed like she cared about what treatment is right for me. I recommend her.
