Let me start out by saying, I have never had an issue with the doctors or nurses at Premier. Now saying that, I have had 2 previous miscarriages while going to Premier. My last pregnancy I gave birth to my daughter. Now, Im not in anyway saying that payment, and past bills arent important to take care of. But if I am coming in for an appointment due to bleeding, and concerned that I might be having a miscarriage, then maybe you shouldnt harass me at the door about a missed payment, telling me I have to pay a couple hundred dollars today or they cant see me, for bleeding. Fast forward to my last pregnancy. I have severe anxiety because of previously miscarrying twice. I was a nervous wreck the entire pregnancy. I had new insurance that covered all of my appointments and would cover the birth 100%. I honest to God had to explain this to them every single time I came through the door. Each time they told me theyve never seen insurance cover OB 100%. Even though it was definitely the case. So each time I was harassed to create a birth payment plan and I was told it was my responsibility to make sure they were charging my insurance company after each appointment. As if I didnt have enough to worry about, being pregnant, during a pandemic. I absolutely dreaded going to this office each visit due to the awful front desk staff. I was never treated with respect. I loved the doctors so I decided to stick it out. The added stress that they put on me as an already scared mother was beyond disrespectful. They arent sensitive to your situation at all. And honestly they are just flat out rude and mean. They really need to train them on sensitivity to mothers. Ive seen more respect and sensitivity from Vet offices. Its really sad for the doctors because I know they loose patients frequently due to office staff. I have never had an appointment where they didnt have me leaving in tears or almost crying. If you can handle extremely rude and insensitive office staff, then the doctors are worth seeing. If you want to be treated with respect every time you are seen, then please, look else where. I am pregnant again, and I have found a new OB office and refuse to ever look at premier again. Hope this helps you make your decision.

AWFUL! MY DAUGHT CALLED AND MADE HER FIRST PAP-TEST APPT. I WAS THERE WITH BER WHEN SHE MADE THE CALL. SHE WAS SCHEDULED AT 11:00 AND THE TIME WAS VERIFIED 4 TIMES WITH ONE OF THOSE TIME ASKI G MY DAUGHTER TO REPEAT HER APPT TIME. WHEN MY DAUGHTER SHOWED UP FOR HER 11:00 APPT, THEY TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS ON THE SCHEDULE AT 10:30 AND NOW LICK OUT OF THE SYSTEM FOR 2 WEEKS. My daught took off work from her new job for this appt-- now she can not ask off again due to putting her job at risk. They said they couldnt see her today. SO I GUESS 4 TIMES OF VERIFING THE TIME ISNT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO THAT TRULY CARES!!!

I switched from my obgyn that I had been going to since I was about 17 years old recently to come to premier Womens care, because of the location, and I have to say they are awesome! Everyone at the office is so friendly and caring. I have nothing but good things to say about it. I see Dr Edwards and she is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and let’s you know everything that is going on. I’m so glad I found Premier Womens Care.

My daughter is 20 weeks pregnant and because she missed one appointment they dropped her! She has been back and forth with them trying to get her records sent to another OB. They couldnt tell her where her records were so shes going on 12 weeks with no prenatal care! This is not right! The doctors are good but the office staff and there actions are absolutely unsafe. They have put my daughter and her baby at great risk. They could have at least waited for her records to be transferred.

After experiencing a miscarriage and having a horrible experience at another OB, Ive been going to Premier with my subsequent 2 pregnancies. Every doctor is extremely knowledgeable and capable and I have felt heard and supported every step of the way. Both my kids had very different births and I had two different doctors for the deliveries themselves and they were both wonderful. I highly recommend this office for the area. I am so grateful I found them after what was an extremely painful experience!

I love this place. Everyone is always super friendly! The nurses are great and I’ve seen different doctors before and nurse practitioners. I’ve been to this office for multiple things and issues and they’ve always made sure to treat me with great respect and help me with whatever i need. Especially Dr. Drake!! She’s awesome and always takes her time to talk to me and explain things to me. I had to have a very unpleasant procedure there one time and her and her nurse were very understanding. I was very upset and they offered me tissues when I cried, a heating pad, and so much more. I have recommended her and this office to so many people and will continue to.

I have enjoyed each visit so far into my pregnancy, however at 23 weeks without notice I was told I owed $1200 by the next day via message. When I called I learned that they failed to inform me of a $1600 bill I should have been paying into. The lack of communication and poor excuse of why I was not informed of a standard policy was disappointing. Financially preparing for a child is stressful enough without questioning my trust for the personnel at this office. Today I requested the paperwork stating their policy, what the charges cover, and what I owe. The office manager loomed in the background without introducing herself or offering an apology or reasonable excuse. It was as if she was waiting for me to become angry and disruptive. I felt very irritated with her actions, because I felt like she could have done better to keep good relations with myself. Id love a discount, but more importantly Id love to go treated with consideration. It is too far into my pregnancy for me to find another obgyn so I will continue being their patient. I just feel that for this kind of treatment I could have gone to a free clinic and not drive 30mins for the same care in a better neighborhood.

I could take it or leave it. I came to Premier Woman’s Care for my first pregnancy. Most of the doctors and nurses were fairly nice. My checkups were decent. Nothing extraordinary. Some of the ladies at the front desk didn’t seem like they loved their job or being there. Getting a hold of billing in the office was a nightmare. As a whole it wasn’t an awful experience by any means but it also wasn’t super enjoyable to be there. In the end, none of the doctors I had gotten to know over the 9 months delivered my baby. It ended up being some lady I had never met before. But luckily, she was amazing! My birth experience was easy and so so so enjoyable! Unfortunately, she was just the Doctor filling in since no one was available to deliver my baby. So I wouldn’t even know how to get her again.Well, I am pregnant again and I think I am going to try out a different obgyn doctors office for this pregnancy. Not like I wouldn’t recommend this place. Just indifferent I think.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hogans for several years now. Im not the normal case you would see and she took so much time with me to figure out what was wrong and what the correct path for treatment and follow up for me would be. Even now when I go in for my annual visit I never feel rushed and you can tell she genuinely cares.

All the Doctors are wonderful. Very well kept facility. They handled my entire pregnancy from 8 weeks until delivery. Even handled my General medical care while I was pregnant which is great because every time I was sick they made sure my baby was okay too. Even after I had my daughter and quit breastfeeding they handled my weight loss management, which was great. I recommend them to all my soon to be mommy friends.

Dr. Frederick and Dr. Hogan and Dr. Jackson were the three main doctors I saw during my high-risk twin pregnancy I had already had issues in the past with cervical cancer and pre-cancerous cells on my cervix and my pregnancy was hard to say the least and all three of these women were so exceptional and the care they provided me in the safe delivery of my twins in an emergency C-section And later on when Dr. Frederick performed bilateral salpingectomy on me and with treating my postpartum depression I cannot speak highly enough about these three phenomenal doctors

Awesome prenatal care! I delivered my first baby with this practice, Any questions or concerns I had they were very good with communication. Dr. Jackson was my FAVORITE, we LOVE her and got lucky that she was also on call and delivered. All the doctors were very sweet and informative, front desk women were all sweet and called me by name when I signed in. These doctors really care about their patients. I will never look for another obgyn, I highly recommend this practice to anybody.

If I could give 10 stars, I totally would.I cannot say enough good things about this practice. After relocating from Atlanta, I was so scared about finding a good OBGYN doctor. I tried 4 different doctors before Dr Drake! I love that this practice is small & that the doctors really do care about you. When it came time to have my baby, I was totally fine with getting any of the 4 doctors b/c they are all so wonderful. Ultimately i did get Dr Drake & it was one of the best experiences ever.

Dr Hogan is the main Dr that I see - Ive never had a Dr like her. She is absolutey amazing!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could :-)

I couldnt be happier with the quality of care I have received at Premier, from all of the doctors but especially Dr. Frederick, who delivered my baby. The receptionists remembered my name when I walked in the door, the doctors took the time to talk to my husband & I, build trust and explain things. Theyve also penciled me in quickly, while Mountain View in Easley (where I went while pregnant 4 years ago) once had me sit in the waiting room for 3 hours before being seen. I will always choose Premier.

The MD staff is amazing unfortunately this energy does not translate to the entire staff. Particularly the office coordinator I believe her name is Casey Schilling after being at my OB appointment for over an hour I get to check out to discuss the payment plan for my pregnancy. Not a huge deal at this point the one lady hands me a predelivery payment schedule and says she needs me to sign it. So I had a few questions because this is all new to me and asked if I could possibly get a copy to discuss it with my husband she immediately said No snatched the paper and said unless it’s signed you can not get a copy. After being appalled at her reaction I kindly asked again so I can’t come back and sign it because I would like to discuss this with my husband before I commit to this plan. She grabbed the paper from the nice lady at the appointment desk and said NO again then stated your signing this is just acknowledging we discussed this with you but clearly at the bottom of the paper it stated I’m agreeing to the terms. At that point I’m already frustrated pregnant and emotional so I just snapped a picture with my phone and left. Being an employee for Greenville Health/Prisma I know this is not how staff is expected to treat patients. I am so disappointed in her attitude and overall handling of the matter. I’m considering changing OB’S just on account of her rudeness. It only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch and in an office full of such an amazing staff I’m so disappointed and discouraged but Casey Schilling’s behavior I’m not sure if I will be returning. I hope her attitude and behavior will be addressed I’m sure I’m not the only patient who’s experienced her unprofessional.

Premiere womens care is a wonderful practice. I started going there four years ago after finding out I was pregnant at 42. I left another practice because they made me feel fearful about being advanced maternal age and my options. From my first appointment I was given reassurance and comfort. I love that Im remebered on a first name basis and that my calls and questions answered immediately. All the Dr.s are very good and I dont feel intimidated talking to them about my issues - Im given respect and listened to. The office staff is very accommodating as well.

I got a letter sent to me in the mail or actually brought to my door and was made to sign for it. upon opening the letter i noticed right away it was from them. it stated they would not see me anymore due to my disrespectful treatment of one of the staff. let me tell you, i had to call more than twice to get my fmla papers done right...the girl kept putting me out on either my due date (i was having a c-section so it was going to be a week earlier anyway!how can you go out of work on the 20th when youre having a c-section like a week before that?!) on top of that i was “fussed” at or made to feel like i was 2 inches tall because i was having trouble with my gestational disbetes. i did not know what was best for me to eat and had always been a food lover...instead of talking to me it was more youre being sent to the principles office treatment.so i was emotional tired and hungry. once my fmla was messed up again the nurse wanted to argue the fact my employer was thinking the 8 weeks they put on my form was including the two weeks i went out of work early she wouldnt listen finally i did say youre stupid,in which i apologized to her personally and explained to her i was hungry weak and emotional. after that it wasnt mentioned again.i had my son 3/14/18 and got the letter today...i understand telling her she was stupid wasnt nice but what do you expect from a starving emotional pregnant woman when you keep messing up their fmla that their employer keeps asking for then when they get it not only is it wrong but it was not even looked at because if it were she would have known that i was haing a c-section on march 14th so being pht out on march 20th wouldnt do!! they wanna see me to recheck my thyroid then toss me out.no thanks!will contact BBB

I feel like I need to warn woman of this place. And Im incredibly pissed off, I am now 23 and infertile. I honestly believe its because of them. I was seen there earlier this year, they cared for me during my pregnancy and delivered my baby. Afterward, I kept having severe back and abdominal pain. My doctor was Catherine Drake. All they did was give me pain meds a few times, then out of no where discharged me. Their reasoning being I was a drug seeker. They did not investigate my pain or even entertain the idea that something was wrong. Well something was wrong. I had endometriosis.During my search for a new GYN, it got so bad I now have to have a hysterectomy. At age 23.The best part being I gave my baby up for adoption because both my husband and mother died during my pregnancy. So thanks Dr. Drake! Glad your license is comfy and protected at the cost of my fertility.Go somewhere else.
