My sister and I both have been going here since we where 14. Now she has delivered both of my babys and I felt super confident she could handle any situation. She is a wonderful doctor and she tells it to you straight. She isnt about sugar coating anything, very up front and Direct.

Been seeing dr K and Frankie for 12 years now. She is going to be delivering my 4th baby soon. My first pregnancy was twins.. Dr k is the best OB period. She will not hesitate to go to bat for her patients! She has done it for me many times! She is also really smart. So I trust her completely. Frankie is the the one of nicest people ever. She makes you feel so comfortable . & also takes just as good of care of her patients! The MAs and front desk are all just as amazing! I am treated amazing by everyone when I go in there!!

The staff was very caring and doctor was really good with The knowledge I needed to know I highly recommend this office.

The receptionist is very rude and despises terrible service

This worst ever they dont how to take phone calls or email messages they have. Ad attitudes and dont how talk to people.. why work here if you cant handle it. Need learn how to talk to people..

While I do think Dr. Gomez is knowledgeable, its apparent to me that shes more concerned with maximizing the amount of patients she can see in one day with no concern for their time. Of the two times Ive been there, I waited an 1.25 and 1.5 hours respectively PAST my appointment time. My father has also had the same experiences.When I asked why the wait times were so long, I was told that she likes to take time with her patients, which is exactly what you would want in a doctor. I then asked, well, if this is a regular occurrence, shouldnt you be booking less patients? to which the receptionist responded with I cant answer that question. Yes you can, the answer is yes.While I do appreciate Dr. Gomez for treating at me, I will never return or recommend anyone until they start treating others time as they would their own.

The Dr. I had was extremely nice I believe it was Dr. Franky. But the receptionist lady was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. First she refused to call my ins when I got there. Then they refused to send my ins info in after the visit. then sent me a bill for almost 600 and a letter saying i wasnt insured. I called to find out what happened because i am insured and have been for the 6 years I have been fulltime at my job. And she said that theres no record of the bill. I literally had it in my hand. Used hateful tones and just said theres nothing she can do. Well I was tired of her rudeness so I said Id like to cancel my next 2 appointments and she hung up in my face!!! I will never go back here again because of the unprofessional, rude receptionist lady in the front. And its truly sad because the Dr. Was really nice. Im am newly pregant with my first baby and now Im stressing on what Dr. To use.

The staff at this clinic is extremely helpful and caring. Dr. K is one of the best womens doctors in this area. I highly recommend them.

Worse customer service ever and the response was so awful.. ask the excepted women Medicaid they was so hateful to me. After she hang up she ran her mouth. Worse representative ever. Does matter can pay cash. Worse customer services ever. Learn how to speak on our end. And learn how to ask questions before u hang up on person. Worse attitude folks and experience ever!!!!!! All I just wanted help to get to appointment or does womens health insurance or women Medicaid.. sucks to see good people go to waste. Poor judgment and poor lack of honesty.. way to go !! I guess my review was deleted because this center plans to continue letting their nurse practitioners prescribe dangerous birth control pills. I was told THIS IS NOT A FAMILY PLANNING CLINIC when I simply tried to obtain appropriate birth control, and asked what the labs would cost for their required full work up. It is ridiculous not to give patients SOME range of what labs will cost. But instead I was treated like LESS-THAN. I hope that no other woman has to go through this, has to go sit in her car and cry for how poorly she was treated inside this office.Furthermore, I was rushed through the consultation, and was given dangerous birth control which caused a heart arrhythmia. I gave full disclosure about any and all factors in my life and was still made to figure out on my own after I left that the pills she gave me were exactly the WRONG kind for someone who even just occaisionally smokes cigarettes.Im still getting over these effects which are now slowly subsiding. Ive missed work, income and had numerous panic attacks.... all because this office couldnt be bothered to provide even the barest care or decency to me. They were perfectly willing to take my hard earned money though. Thoroughly LET DOWN.If the doctor cares about her patients she should make sure the nurse practitioner is actually doing her JOB instead of downplaying patient needs and giving out inappropriate medication. This was TOTALLY UNNECESSARY.If this review is deleted again I will re-consider suing your office for the health effects and lost wages Ive suffered. AND FOR GODS SAKE DONT ADVERTISE BIRTH CONTROL SERVICES IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES ETHICALLY or EFFECTIVELY.

While Dr. K is amazing and is a fabulous doctor, the staff at her place are rude. After having Dr K deliver my first two kids I will not be returning for my next pregnancy. I cannot handle the attitude and lack of professionalism from her front staff. They make it way to stressful.

I used this office for all 3 pregnancies and deliveries. I love them! They are friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable.

This place is horriable!! I went with my little sister and they treated her terrible! They do not care about their patients and are very unprofessional!

They need to update their opening times. Also they will not give you your results over the telephone of what you had done when you are the one that paid for it. I am very unhappy about this.
