Dr. Wang is the best doctor I have ever been to, and Im 56!

First patient appointment today, and I was turned away. The staff called 2 days before and emailed paperwork and explained my appointment was at 10:30 and to arrive at 10:15 if I did not have an opportunity to complete the paperwork. I arrived at 10:18, and I was told my appointment was really at 10. The front desk receptionist admitted as well it could have been an error, so she asked the doctor if she could see me seeing as it was not really late, but she refused. Completely wasted my day and valuable work time due to their error that the front desk tried to make right but the doctor would not. Recommend another doctor and please read the other reviews about other patient experiences. It’s pretty telling.

I recently moved from Florida and this was my first appointment with a gynecologist here in Greenville. Boy, am I glad I chose Dr. Laura Wang! She was very professional & informative, and her bedside manner was the best. She took the time to explain things which made my first exam very comfortable and reassuring. I recently went to Dr. Wang as a new patient. The whole process took 2.5 hours, to which I was quite surprised because I have never had a new patient process take that long. I liked Dr Wang and thought she was very good at what she did. During my visit, she told me the results of several tests she preformed in the office and I left with good news. Several days later, I received the results of those tests via MyChart and the test results were different from what she told me verbally in the office. I contacted her via MyChart and asked if she would explain the difference between her assesment and the actual test results. To my amazement, she refused to either answer me via MyChart or call me. I dont feel my question was unwarranted or unnecessary. The only response I had from her office was to make another appointment and pay to speak with her. I have never had a doctor do this and wanted to share my experience with any other new potential patients.

Dr. Wang is an awesome doctor! I have been going to her for years. Always attentive, caring and great bedside manners.

Dr. Wang was absolutely amazing. great bedside manner, very smart and not a long wait time. Her nurses and everyone I met was very nice and quick! I am very happy I met Dr. Wang. I have special condition and she has been a trusted provider for me for this particular issue.

Phenomenal doctor - I highly recommend her. She takes her time with her patients and really cares about them. Her nurses are so helpful and friendly. She is extremely knowledgeable.

So delighted that I found Dr. Wang, she is an excellent Doctor who cares about her patients. Remembers details. Also her nurse Lynn is phenomenal. I cant believe how lucky we are to have her in Greenville.

Love Dr. Wang, shes the best OB GYN I have ever seen. Unfortunately Im afraid I may have to find another doctor because its impossible to get an appointment with her. Even when I make an appointment a year out, a week before the appt they call to say Dr. Wang wont be available. I havent seen my doctor (Dr. Wang) in two years. Isnt that nuts? Its not her fault, though. Its just how it works when you see the best doctor in the city. The PA I always end up seeing isnt that great (when I bring up a concern she just says, huh, weird), and I even fainted after a procedure from her once. I hope I can see Dr. Wang again, she is so amazing. :(

Dr. Wang is extremely patient friendly knowledgeable and kind. She is a great doctor and her staff are amazing. Excellent practice.

Dr. Wang is great but as far as her receptionist’s they are AWFUL. Very unorganized and constantly mess up my birth control delivery. Karen is the worst of the receptionist’s. I literally had to drive up there 2 different times because this women couldn’t help me over the phone. Very inconvenient and annoying to say the least. I’m considering switching OBGYN because of this problem.

After a year with this practice, they changed the appointment I had for more than 6 months (they take forever to give you an appointment)....they NEVER apologized, and tried to push me into her overly-booked schedule in a couple of options that did not work with mine....I called them back and I gave them two options for time (early in the morning, or late in the afternoon)...they never called me back!
