This place has gone down! Do not bring your loved ones here. They are mean to the patients and they dont care about them. The lady that was in my mothers room was so cold and and would not listen to her and give her a blanket. I had to get one for her.also they hurt her getting her on the potty and she kepted telling them to wait but they pressed on and did not listen to her.They told my mom and that lady to just pee in there pants they would clean it up later. They told my mom they would cath her if she did not stop asking yo ho yo the bsthroom

This is a great facility! You can trust that you or your loved one will be well taken care of. The nurses and therapist are great at what they do and will make you feel right at home.

Great food, great staff. Works with you when you need them. Great activities to keep you from getting boated. So far my favorite is group therapy. Working out with all patients. Therapy staff makes it fun and you get to meet other patients. Great place. So much better than the last place I was in.

Great rehab team. Nursing under great new leadership. I would genuinely feel comfort bringing a loved one here.

I have had the tremendously fortunate opportunity to be a student observer at this facility twice in 4 years. I observed as a student with the therapy department and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff is competent, personable, and efficient. The entire facility itself is very clean and well-kept. The therapy department truly cares for each of their patients and it comes across in their practice. I was not only lucky to get to learn from incredibly skilled therapists, but also fortunate to see a well-run therapy team as a whole.

Don’t ever put your family member here. My mother died because of this place. They left her to die and nobody ever checked on her. I went to the administrator Eric Brown and he said the Director of the nurses would take care of it. She never never spoke to me until I went back to the admintrator and again he told me he would be calling Linda. This place is no good. What makes me the mad est that the administrator Eric never reached out to me or never would give me the time to speak about what happen to my mom. Linda and Eric are both pathetic to be running that place. New administration is needed badly!!

The facility is always clean and inviting. It’s exciting to see a nursing and therapy team that cares about their residents like this team does. I highly recommend using them.

Legend has a great team that works hard at meeting the needs of the residents and familys that come to them, even if is for a short visit just for therapy or long term stay. My daughter in-laws grandfather was there for a short time after he was in the hospital. The therapy team worked wonders getting him strong so that he could go home with her again.

My Dad went to Legends in Greenville following 2 major abdominal surgeries for colon cancer and a ripped fascia muscle. He was also suffering from Alzheimers. They placed him on the rehab wing. I saw right away that they were understaffed so I stayed with my Dad 24/7 for a week to make sure he was safe and taken care of. Based on what we experienced and what I observed, I would not place a dog in their care, much less a person needing assistance. I dont know how they are still open!

The building is very nice and smells great! The therapy was awesome. They really care about their patients.

I would personally like to thank the entire staff of Legends for taking such good care of Mark, not once but twice now. This facility and the caring professionals it employs are Top Notch and each patient is given the personal touch and consideration they so deserve.The facility itself is inviting, immaculate and very well run. The Medical Director, Dr. Gina Rushing, is on top of everything and an excellent Practitioner. I sincerely do not believe Mark would have done so well from both a mental and physical perspective had he not been at this facility.Not only were Marks needs met, but that of his family and for that we are extremely grateful and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing the care provided by such. A special Thanks to the Nurses and staff on Hallway #3 where Mark resided. Mom was here for rehab and released before legends was bought out on May 1, 2016. The staff was amazing and treated my mother like a Queen. She had to return for more rehab due to a bad fall and a brain bleed. The staff is still wonderful but short staffed because of the new owners. Lots of staff has left so it says there is a problem. I will have to wait and see.

It is wonderful to see happy residents and residents getting great rehab to go home quickly too! Love this place!
