I am at a point in my life that I dont need much. So when I visit the Salvation Army Im looking for something that calls to my heart. Sometimes Im lucky. 😀

This store is extremely overpriced! They sell used furniture for anywhere between $150-350 which is horribly overpriced for a Salvation Army FAMILY store! I wouldn’t mind spending that amount on furniture in decent condition but the furniture they sell is outdated and damaged! I’ve been noticing this the past few times that I’ve visited (we come atleast twice a week) but today when I saw a broken couch (like literally one side of it was completely broken) for $300 I just had to leave a review. I feel like this Salvation Army family store should be ashamed of themselves for robbing people of their money on damaged goods!

Horrible. The management clearly doesn’t treat staff like human beings and everyone always has a nasty attitude. Half the things they sell are dirty or broken. Just gross all around. Saw the back where the process clothes and let’s just say, don’t waste your time here if you don’t want to catch something.

Always love going 2 Salvation Army & seeing Mark & his wife, Stephanie. Great ppl 2 b around & work 4!! I real enjoy greeting ppl at Christmas time, ringing the bell.

Im not sure about the store but I know the lady in the office has a nasty attitude. I called about help with food she told me call back the next day at 9am. I call back she tells me I have to wait until next weds. Its Thursday now.. This office NEVER has been able to assist me. Its either no funding or no food. In 5 years come on This has to be the worst Salvation Army in NC....

What a joke! Items with the sticker still on clearly from the dollar store .. marked as $2! Mentioned it to an employee who immediately got snappy with me. sorry you hate your job. I left without browsing further because thats just ridiculous

Its a great store like the staff my only thing is they charge for everything in the store what if someone really needs and dont have the money? Would they still have to pay (hmmmm) because I was under the impression that they was there to help people in need

The customer service is awful, no one wants to help customers and there are lots of bad attitudes... somehow one of the two matching end tables we bought for $30 each got broken between the show room and the pick up point in the back and they acted like it was our fault even though they were the ones handling it. Terrible experience. Highly discourage visiting.
