Very clean, lots of new items & donated items. Staff is very nice & very helpful.

The professional people in the office and those working in your home, all are super helpful and treat your home like it’s theirs.

While I’m sure this place does great things, they make it really difficult to donate items. After scheduling an appointment, which was a 3 hour time slot on a weekday between 9-4, they asked us to take pictures of all of the items we wished to donate. Based on pictures, they were very rude about rejecting several items over text and had all sorts of rules that didn’t even seem applicable to the items we wished to give away. It felt like they wanted to say “no” more than “yes.” They told us they “might” accept some items but then asked if we wished to cancel our appointment!?I shared that we wished to donate anything they would accept and we wanted to keep our appointment.On the day of the appointment the donation driver called 5 minutes in advance of arriving. Then they arrived at our home and never knocked on the door and called again 10 minutes later to say they were leaving. I asked my husband to call back (he works from home) and the driver said he didn’t answer calls from “unknown numbers” and didn’t answer my husband. My husband called The Habitat for Humanity dispatch center and asked the driver if they’d like our donations.The process was very difficult and the staff didn’t appear to be interested in taking donations. I hope this review helps change their processes!

Not much to choose from or look through and prices are very high not much different from going to buy it new.

Very nice facility. I am impressed with the program that is offered to future home owners, their screening process and support given to their home owners. I look forward to helping in the future.

International has been apprised of this and tell those complaining to call the police it is not my job to police your business it is your job to take care of your business I think people should not do business with habitat either that or get there when the truck backs up to the dock and watch for your stuff because it will disappear
