WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you’re looking for an understanding psychiatrist with a competent staff, DO NOT GO HERE! Michelle, and everyone else I have dealt with are extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not like to tell patient’s they will owe anything before their appointment, and then black list you for not knowing. And even better, they’ll text you that you’re black listed. Not even through a phone call. Honestly glad this happened beforehand that way we can find a caring, PROFESSIONAL, and understanding practice who is actually in business for the right reasons and not money hungry nurse practitioner’s.
