I drove an hour from college every other week to speak with with a therapist who did not express any interest in helping me. Whatever, just a part of the experience I guess.But what I REALLY DONT get, is why they gave me the wrong time for my appointments TWICE... When they have a policy of: you miss your appointment 3 times? Youre out. We wont see you.I understand their time is precious, and they do not have the time or resources to make appointments with people who simply choose not to show up. But I DISCUSSED the issue of them giving me the incorrect appointment times. Nothing changed. After my second warning I simply chose not to go back.One hell of a way to treat those who need the help.Just see someone online if you have the insurance.
