-Working with Caprice has truly been a blessing over this last year. I am so grateful for her hard work, passion for healing, genuine curiosity for solving problems, and bright and upbeat personality.-I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) complicated by cervical ribs (extra set of ribs in my neck). My TOS causes nearly daily headaches, pain in my neck, shoulders, arms, loss of blood flow and tingling/numbness. It stops me from exercising, sleeping comfortably, and just about makes every daily activity a little harder. My surgery to alleviate my issues kept getting delayed due to the pandemic. I didn’t know how I would get through the next six months while I waited; until I met Caprice.-I started massage therapy with Caprice in December, and got massages weekly until April. I was feeling so good I was able to extend them to every 2-3wks. Caprice helped me get my quality of life back.-Since working with Caprice, I was able to sleep with tremendously less pain, my headaches have significantly spaced out, and I have been able to do more physical activities!! And now next week, I finally have my surgery, and I know I could not have gotten through these last 6 months without Caprice.-Caprice is very knowledgeable on anatomy and always knows what to do for me based on my symptoms. She always customizes my massage and asks me about any symptoms or changes I have noticed at the start of the appt, in order to adjust the massage accordingly. I plan to schedule another appointment with Caprice as soon as I can post-surgery!!!
