I was in therapy for my shoulder. The therapists were great! So friendly, very professional and caring. Rehab is always difficult, but the team was encouraging and supportive!! If I need any therapy in the future, I will go to Apogee!!

This was such a great experience. My only regret is not doing this sooner. David and his team were so great to work with. I came in with a tight neck, poor shoulder range of motion and posture, in addition to tight hip flexors. After 6 weeks I felt so much better and feel like I now have the tools to keep progressing.

I’m finally feeling great again! After weeks of agony from a protruding disc I asked for PT, specifically from Apogee because David was highly recommended. The first visits were painful but I faithfully did the home exercises David gave me, kept coming and being treated by him, and now the pain is gone. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of David Carter and the staff at Apogee therapy center. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and the environment is very warm and welcoming. I went for 3 months to rehab a knee injury, and felt like David always went above and beyond at each appointment to make sure I had the best experience possible and got the most out of my time there. As a CrossFit athlete, I appreciated the fact that he uses an athletics based approach to the rehab exercises he gave me and helped me incorporate rehab/strength building into my workouts as well. It’s obvious that David is passionate about what he does and truly cares about his patients. I have been to 2 other therapy centers over the past few years for this same injury as it flares up from time to time, and I can say hands down I received the best quality and most thorough treatment at Apogee, and will not hesitate to use them again if needed!

It was such a relief to finally have my hip pain and shoulder pain rightfully diagnosed and treated by PT, DPT David S. Carter and his health team at Apogee Therapy Center. After almost one year of interrupted sleep and aggravating hip discomfort, the issue with my Sacral Iliac joint has been given the help it needed and I am no longer in pain 👍. My rotator cuff injury is taking a bit longer, which David said from the beginning of my treatment plan. This injury is also much less irritating. Highly recommend the deep tissue massage! Before going to Apogee, I couldn’t lay down without wincing in pain. I left the massage feeling significantly better immediately!

I hurt my shoulder and lost my strength. David new exactly which muscles I pulled and that I hurt my rotator cuff. He did dry needling and it was instant relief. I have been in therapy before for my shoulder and the only exercise that I was familiar with were the bands. They are very innovative with their exercises. I came here for a hamstring issue. I was in a lot of pain, not able to get in and out of the car, bend over, just in bad shape. David and the team helped me get back into good shape. They are a great group of positive minded people. It is a laid back environment, music always playing in the background, easy going staff. Just finished 6 weeks of therapy for a injury that made it impossible for me to run. October 4, 2019 I was hit head on while driving on a two lane road. I broke my right femur (thigh bone) and had surgery the next morning. I started working with David and Harrison the beginning of December and progressed to work conditioning in April. This has been a long road but I will be going back to work mid June. I highly recommend David Carter! He is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I honestly wondered if I would ever get my life back but he never doubted. He knew I would and I have. Now I’ll be going back to work, I am able to play with my grandkids, and I’ve even been able to mow my grass with a push mower. I always had a good time at therapy, always feeling like I was with family. If I ever need outpatient PT again I will definitely be back!

I have nothing but high praise for these therapists. The “therapy /workouts” are innovative and challenging. But with their encouragement you will see results to the goals they have set for youThey listen to your concerns and make the exercise adjustments for you as needed. I saw real progress in my recovery. To date I can say my legs are much stronger (I do 40 proper squats daily) and my balance has improved significantly. In regards to the atmosphere, I enjoyed the positive energy between the clients and the staff.

Okay so I have worked with these guys for two months and I can honestly say, they are the BEST team. In the beginning I felt hopeless, useless, and like I was never going to be the same again, but these guys are amazing. Each session was wonderful and fun (despite how hard it may have seemed). A very personable place! David now does a technique called dry needling for sore, tight and damaged muscles and tendons. After just one session, my lower back and shoulders were much improved. Ive been coming here for a couple of weeks now and I can already tell a huge difference. I havent had a tension headache since I started physical therapy. David recommends a few things to do at home that do make a huge difference. He also is very friendly and the place is always clean and nice looking. Its worth the 30 minute drive to come here. In the past 22 years I have been through physical therapy on 5 different occasions prior to visiting Apogee Therapy Center in Greer. I’ve had 2 major back injuries with subsequent surgeries as well as a serious motorcycle accident. I came to Dr. David Carter and Apogee because of chronic and sometimes debilitating back pain with associated leg weakness and muscle spasms. My quality of life was rapidly declining as everything I did was affected by my pain and mobility level. I walked into ATC just a about a year ago, 4 mos after a successful R hip replacement, and being seriously disabled for more than 18 years. I had injured my R hip, pelvis, thigh and spine in 2000: I used a cane all the time, sat on cushions, and could barely walk, and for almost 2 decades used narcotic pain meds in high doses to combat nerve pain. During the assessment, I could barely turn over on their exam table! I had no hope of ever being pain-free as well. I chose ATC over many other physical therapy offices because they employ unique and customized (!) exercises, modalities, and body manipulation (to name a few) to help you achieve your goals. And its working!!!! David and his assistant, Courtnie, have given me my life back using their incredible knowledge of the human body, their genuine encouragement, and love-- yes, LOVE! It feels like family there (without any of the drama)!! Their staff is the same: efficient, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Theres no judgement of any sort, either. As hard as its been physically, Ive made such improvement in one year Ive stopped using my cane (July), and my pain meds (December), and even go to the gym once a week (ok, I cheat a little and use shopping carts for support in big stores.....). I still have a ways to go, but I know, I KNOW, that I will make it. David and Courtnie will make sure of that. If they can make such surprising progress with me, what can they do with you? Ive been living with a lower back injury for quite a while. I was excited to see Apogee Therapy Center open inside Greer Athletic Club and I made an appointment. Dr. David did a thorough examination & began a treatment plan including home exercises, and after 4 weeks Ive experienced major improvement!Visiting Apogee is not like visiting those Big Box PT clinics where youre primarily seen by a PT aid. I injured my thoracic lower lumbar and mid thoracic lumbar. I wondered if my back would ever be right again, but David at Apogee made me better than before, by strengthening the muscles that were weak that caused theinjury in the first place. David Carter helped me with an issue I was having with my back which was effecting my daily life and sleep. I could not sleep more than hour at a time and I could barely turn my head while driving to check for traffic. I tried several things on my own with no success. Dr. Carter and Kendra are currently working on my arm from an old injury that scar tissue built up around. Ive just been dealing with the discomfort and pain for sometime and I wasnt sure who to see or where to go. After speaking with Dr. Carter about it he was confident that some therapy on it would have me back to full mobility. Ive been a few times now and am already seeing progress. I would highly recommend them. Very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you guys!

Had some severe knee, back, and leg pains that I had been dealing with for years. 12 weeks later, Im a different man. I kid you not, David will figure out where the issue is and resolve the issue. The pain at first turned into relief, and with the stretches and exercises he taught me, I am confident Ill maintain the way my body should feel. Dont go and just think the sessions will fix you, learn from them and make sure you put into practice the stretches at home too and youll be @ 100%!!! These guys are great, are fun to converse with, and more than anything, listen and care to anyone. I reccomend Apogee without reservation for they exceeded my expectations. David is awesome!!!

Great place. Had physical therapy for my shoulder and neck after I was in a car accident. Very professional staff. Very friendly. I hope I never need physical therapy again but if I do Ill be going to David and his staff at Apogee.

David is great and in just 6 sessions I have marked improvement. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

If youre experiencing pain, check this place out!! David Carter treated me for low back/hip pain. After the 1st session, my pain level was cut in half!! After a few more sessions and following his in-home stretches and recommendations the pain was resolved. Turns out I had issues with my SI joint. What really impressed me is that he took the time to provide education related to my issue!! Needlessness to say no more pain and no more practicing Latin dance on Xbox Connect!

I attended Apogee after my total knee replacement. I was extremely pleased with the staff and my results!
