Needed a COVID test for a flight with a fast turnaround and results that show the actual lab report. My flight was after a holiday weekend when most other doctors offices were closed and the emergency centers couldnt guarantee results. uMedMarket was the only service I could find in South Carolina that would give me a test on a Saturday and deliver results next day for my flight. They were even able to add my passport number to the lab report. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Cant ask for more than 24 hour test results + 6 hours for travel paperwork! Got tested at a DHEC pop-up the same day as well and havent heard anything from them. uMed is definitely worth the $30. Location very easy to find. David was very kind and helpful. He did let me know that I would get results either by midnight or the following morning. Well unfortunately it is now passed midnight I paid the 200 dollars for same day results and I have yet to get the same day results as advertised. Hopefully I receive results in the morning. I must be part of that “5%”. Which now leaves me worried if I will have results in time to catch my flight heading to Saudi Arabia for work in the following afternoon before having to rebook my flight and miss work. I would anticipate next day results instead of same day results just to play it safe next time. I drove 4 hours to umedmarket. Will probably use a Covid testing site in Orlando, FL (4 hours away) that is cheaper and offer same day results as well and if not next day results but atleast I’d still be saving for the same service I received here. Came to umedmarket in hopes that it was more reliable in getting same day results after reading the reviews but does not seem that way.UPDATE: Unfortunately I did not receive results this morning or this afternoon. Missed my flight and work. I acknowledge this situation is out of umedmarkets hands however the lab they use is an extension of them and unfortunately does not make them look good when they screw up. Am told I will most likely have results tonight. We will see though.UPDATE: I did receive results at 2am and did get a refund. Very good customer service working with David.UPDATE: Highly recommend if you are in the low country/Savannah area to make the trip to Orlando Covid Testing LLC! So worth it!! Great Service. This is a correction to an earlier review I gave. The 48 hour test results came in 28 hours not 18 hours.

It’s a really good thing I didn’t need these results for ANYTHING more than curiosity. This service was a complete let down and huge waste of my time. Just received this email......“Dear uMedMarket Customers,DHEC posted results for the collection we did on 12/28, which was 2 days after your collection. We, like you, think this is ridiculous. To make a long story short, we will refund everyone who got tested on 12/26. Its the right thing to do.We will still post results as soon as DHEC does, but it looks like we wont see them tonight or tomorrow.Im sorry we let everyone down. We hope we can regain your trust if you decide to get tested with us again. We will no longer do Saturday collections because one of the many issues stemmed from the weekend courier.”Edit*After reading UMed’a reply and re-reading their original email I realize I didn’t give them enough credit. Issues happen and are understandable but blaming a subcontractor who you hired doesn’t fly (you hired them and they are an extension of you). However, they refunded our money AND said they would still be posting results when available. Somehow I skipped right over that part when I initially read the email. I was most bothered by what I thought was a complete lack of effort in completing the promised service. I can now see that I was wrong and UMed is planning to do so. Hiccups happen and there was no guarantee of a timeline so I have amended my review to reflect the service I hope will be provided in the end. I apologize my initial assessment of the situation. I am uninsured and needed an ultrasound. My general physician referred me to one of there offices “in network” ultrasound facilities. I called to schedule the appointment and ask the cost, something I always do because I must pay for all medical services out of my own pocket. The cost was $1179.50, and that was a uninsured “discount” the person told me. I went online researching prices for ultrasound test and came across UMedMarket.com. I was blown away at the savings and to just make sure I gave them a call to make sure the price I was seeing was not a misprint or the cost of the exam in Canada. To my pleasure the price was correct, Dan was extremely helpful getting my doctor’s order uploaded, and exam went perfect. I would highly recommend at least checking the prices here because it can really help keep some money on your pocket.

Very effective drive through flow for COVID testing without any people contact. The doctor was nice and took the time to explain everything in details. I went for my 2nd test required by my employer already and definitely recommended them for testing. I like that they offered the test for a very low cost without the need for a consultation or doctors order. It was the quickest I could get in Gvl to get back to work after having suspect symptoms.
