I absolutely LOVE coming to Milan! The staff and providers make you feel SO comfortable and at ease. They are super knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions you may have! An amazingly friendly, professional, and accepting business that does great work! As a transgender woman, I was extremely nervous coming in; you never know what to expect, but everyone at Milan were super inclusive and accepting and never made me feel any less like a woman! The staff at Milan are AWESOME!! As a black woman I felt welcomed when I entered the door. They are not many places in Greenville who would welcome me in the same type of establishment as they have. The consult with Judy was very informative and I was very impressed with the presentation of their services. The presentation of the slides included all ethnicities and that is what sold me. Each treatment is very private and there is not ever anyone in the waiting area staring or listening to check-ins or check outs. I’ve had three treatments and very satisfied with my results. The treatment sessions are not long at all. Michelle is a nurse who is very knowledgeable of the procedure. Michelle’s personality brightens up the room. Absolutely great results. I use to have to shave at least twice a week and now I’m down to not shaving at all after only one treatment today we my second one and I’m really pleased with it... Definitely recommend! I tried “laser” hair removal before, and came to find out that it was not actually a true laser being used, so I was apprehensive about trying it again. But after coming here (I had my second session yesterday), I saw amazing results after the first session. I see improvements in the discoloration, the hair is not as coarse, and it does not burn or leave you feeling uncomfortable. And the workers are super friendly, I love them! Overall, I wish I could give them a 10 star rating and 100% recommend them to anybody looking for laser hair removal.
