I was very disappointed with them when my father died. It took them 2hrs to come to his home and very very little aftercare for my mom and family. Not what they promised. Fast forward I ended up homebound and I felt just a $ to them. Twice I had issues and the first time I had to beg for them to come. The last time they wouldnt come. If I ever need home health again no way will I agree to 3hc. Most uncaring, condensending liars. Promise you the moon but give you a broad patch.
