I have been with this company for 7 years. I absolutely love working here. It is a beautiful facility. Competitive pay. Friendly people/co-workers and I have a wonderful manager - Robin Johnston. The company also offers us some great benefits such as health insurance, PTO (can cash out up to 50% per paid period for an extra check), and daily pay.

When we first moved to the Cascades six months ago our children were concerned about us managing our medications. We were referred to Live Long Well Care and it has been very comforting to both my husband and I and our children. The services that Live Long Well Care provide are very reassuring to not only our children but also to our physicians.

I have been blessed with the position as COMPANION for the Cascades in Greenville SC.I have worked caring for the elderly for 45 years, and this position is the best by far... and it has a lot to do with the staffing and having people in charge that REALLY DO CARE!I LOVE coming to work and enjoy spending time doing my best to make the residents feed LOVE AND RESPECTED...Growing old isn’t as easy as some might think...BUT having CAREGIVERS around that respects you and wants to help make and keep you happy..A SMILE, A HUG, and a shoulder to cry on... As a spouse of a double amputee and a recent move in to Cascades Verdae, I was looking for caregiver assistance since my spouse was discharged from rehab. The care rendered by LLWC has been more than I could have imagined and amounts to family taking care of family. When I signed on Shanika Kelly, Manager showed up on the first day and I inquired what she was doing here since I expected one of her caregivers. I will never forget her reply, How am I supposed to teach my people how to care for your spouse if I havent done it? Its this kind of attitude that management teaches all the caregivers. Everyone connected with LLWC I thank you and you are unsung heroes.

Livelong wellcare is by far the best inhome care agency that i have worked for. Our management team goes above and beyond the call of duty, especially shanika kelly and kelsey smith.
