My family and I have always enjoyed Whole Foods. I love the shopping experience, the quality of products and the vast selection. My husband and I have dietary restrictions and I love that we can get delicious and diet friendly options. The Pizza and Impossible burger here are delicious too and always made fresh!

This is an outstanding store. The quality of the variety of food is unbelievable. They have an amazing meat and seafood shop. The staff is always courteous and very helpful. An excellent selection of organic foodstuffs is the best in the area. Prices are high, but can be offset if you have an Amazon prime account

A grocery store with a very large variety of hard-to-find items. The food from the restaurant is somewhat mediocre and prices not exactly competitive.

This was the first time I had ever been in a whole foods. I wasnt ready. I felt poor and out of place but I was welcomed and was completely in awe of how luxurious theyve made the grocery shopping experience. This store feels like its for people that come from a two parent home...Absolutely top marks for all of the staff.It seemed as if The workers were all formally Chick-fil-A employees that were just volunteering to ensure my grocery experience was well informed and nutritious...The store was so well organized and its staff so proficient it made me realize I need to get my s*** together.Thank you whole foods.

This has to be the best Whole Foods we have been to. In my military travels I have been to a lot of them. This one is awesome. Everything is always clean and fresh. Go, you will love it.

The tomatoes and apples were rotting and had flies on them. The lemons were spotted and old looking. Cukes and bell peppers were rotting. Kale looked terrible. Corn was rotten-we actually brought it back…unbeknownst to us it was bad under the husks. Very disappointing.

Nice store irganuce items and the cosmetics and health section is great. I wish the black bean cakes were available.

I’ve shopped here at least once a week - often more - for the last 10 years. The experience no longer compares to the pre-Amazon days (remember Nancy, Diane, the burger bar, etc - if you know you know). But after all these years it remains a pleasant, clean and well-stocked store. The hot bar underwhelms me - but I’m not looking to eat here - just buy my groceries. One thing that would be awesome - why not post pictures of the store management team like Publix does? Or wear recognizable manager uniforms like Trader Joe’s? I’ve never understood that. Almost like they are trying to keep their identities hidden - shrug. I will add that the most recent staff of folks (a young man and two ladies) at the customer service desk are outstanding.

Always live going to Whole Foods - such a great store with lots of variety.

New whole Foods store. Nice and what youd expect. I give four stars because while I like their selection and overall atmosphere I find their prepared foods lacking ...as in not nearly as tasty as they look. I find this the same at all whole foods.

Place is nice, some of the staff not so much. There’s one guy that works here, Travis who is incredible and always very helpful.

Discriminatory towards younger customers , as a loyal customer I come here faithfully, living walking distance from the location Is a plus, but I don’t think I’ll be back after my 3rd unpleasant visit.

The grocery items I purchase from here are always awesome. But I just visited a few days ago and the cashier did not speak a word, he didn’t even tell me my total. Also, while I was reaching for my receipt, he dropped it in my bag. He gave me very disrespectful vibes. I don’t know if I will continue shopping here because it does not matter how awesome your products are, If your customer service is trash then you’ll lose customers. Why would I want to spend my money somewhere, where I do not feel welcomed. I’ve heard similar problems like this from other customers, so I know it’s happening to others as well.

They asked me to take my emotional support dog outside of the store, I’m from Houston and travel to NYC frequently and this has never happened to me with my ESA

I know they’re going to blame that it is fulfilled by Amazon prime, but we order whole foods delivery from Amazon, that comes from this store, and I am just exhausted with all my eggs always being broken, over ripe avocados or lettuces, etc. Since January 1st, we have had 42 deliveries, so it is not a “once in a while thing”. But today, was really the icing on the cake. Every so often I order roses, usually they are not very good, so I tend to have to return those, sometimes they are fine, it’s hit or miss. But today they literally delivered dead roses with my order. The only thing I can think of, is that it’s personal. Either because we usually give a tip of five dollars instead of the suggested $10, or even worse, because I’m Hispanic. I am so sick of getting spoiled vegetables, broken eggs, chicken that goes bad in 2 days. Although I did not think it possible, today Whole Foods outdid itself. Nothing like getting dead roses for a pregnant wife…Yep, thanks for the reply. But having to constantly contact Amazon support, get refunds and drive to the store to get the rotten/spoiled items defeats the purpose of delivery.

Save yourself some money and shop at ingalls. This store seems much smaller than the one where Im from . The atmosphere is noisy. It seems chaotic there for no reason because stock was in the middle of the aisles waiting to be put up. The hot bar , salad bar, smoothie bar are not open . Not one employee spoke to me except the cashier. No cheese samples . no wine tasting. No 20 varieties of apples. No do it yourself nut butters or coffee beans. This store did not feel like luxury it felt like a food lion with a wholefoods sign on the door.

Clean store, friendly service, and they have alkaline water jug refill, delicious afordable fresh Atlantic salmon and chilled chicken, and ...wait for it... freshly rolled chocolate croissants you can bake yourself! Spices and Milk prices are high, so I buy it elsewhere.

I like going here because they have a huge selection of everything. I especially like the cheese and deli meats. I also got some Fondue cheese from Switzerland. This Varzi Italian dry salami is sooooo good, but its also $20 lb. Also no one else seems to have this. I guess $20 it is, because, I am going to have to come back for more.

You know, its a Whole Foods. Great produce, excellent butcher and prepared foods and bakery. Fast checkout. They will pack up your meat in ice for your drive home, which is nice. Overall its basic. Parking here is decent.

Cashier didnt speak to me until I paid & was taking my bags. Seemed rude. Never looked up & did not greet me at all. I know the store was about to close in 30 minutes or so and she may have had a long day, but I had a long day as well. Cant say worse customer service but a greeting & eye contact would have been nice... or whatever.

I know that my grocery bill will be twice(for about half) as much groc as at a competitor, but WFs hot bar hardly ever disappoints.

Really great variety, especially vegan options. Love the different cold pressed juice selections. However, this place is pretty pricey.

I will never ever order from the bistro again!!! First off I order 3 double burger with gluten free bread they didnt have the gluten free bread so they made the patties smaller than usual to expensive for the size! Very dissatisfied

Ive started going back to this store because I cant afford not to with my present health and this pandemic and not knowing what you are getting in your food at other stores. The workers Ive dealted with has been very helpful.

Whole foods is always clean and busy. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh but limited on selection. There are now to many Amazon employees in the aisles picking groceries for online orders. They seem to be in they way and arent friendly or respectful. Im sure they are under pressure to perform but that is no excuse for their actions.

This was my first time visiting, but I was impressed with the experience! I will be going back! They have a little bit of everything! A great place to go to just look and explore.

I like whole foods. Sometimes I stop by just to get coffee or pizza. This morning I got coffee. I thought it was the least flavorful that I have ever gotten from there. It wasnt very hot and the espresso flavor was very weak. This isnt normally the case but it was today. Sometimes I will get a latte while I shop or afterwards for the road and it is normally pretty good. Google asked me how my experience was today so that is my answer.

Something slightly other than the norm.Go grab yourself a case of butter beer go over to the bar, order yourself a burger and relax a bit.Expect to pay more but thats just the way it is sometimes.Hate Harry Potter? Plenty of other drinks to choose from.

Employee Parker was oh so knowledgeable on rice. I usually handle all rice needs myself and don’t take the trivial advice of others but Parker’s confident demeanor and immaculate knowledge, along with his witty charm, ABSOLUTELY took me by storm. He will be handling all my rice needs, questions, and recipes from here on out. I commend you Whole Foods of Greenville for hiring such a bewitching and pulchritudinous young man.

Easy on-line order and curbside pickup

Pricey, but always immaculate fruits and veggies. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always friendly. Excellent cheese, seafood, and meat options. This is the only place with Capellis pasta which is GF. Its worth the traffic on Woodruff road for that alone.

I had to go to 3 different registers and finally Coustomer Service in order to pay with cash! I will not be going back.

I have to admit that I was shocked to see a Whole Foods in Greenville. The staff were attentive and helpful. The produce selection was plentiful, aisles were clean, and the shelves were stocked. Now Im a regular!

Whole Foods is conveniently located on Woodruff Road just south of I85 in Greenville. They showcase fruits, vegetables, seafood, meat, cheeses and deli. Their wine selection is so so. They tend to be more expensive than other stores.

I love this place!! I went today for the branzini! The man at the fish counter was very helpful in gutting and descaling it because I didn’t know what to expect from this fish. I bought it for my boyfriend to cook up (he is very familiar with this type of fish). Anyways, thank you Whole Foods for a wonderful and helpful experience!

The employees are consistently unwelcoming, unhelpful and seem annoyed by any interaction. This isnt from a couple of bad times. This review comes from months of visits. Ive been to other Whole Foods locations and Ive never had this issue.

They have alot of good foods and very fresh fish. They work along with Amazon Prime ,FYI.

I had a job interview a few weeks ago. Interview was great, people I talked to were nice. They told me they would let me know something in the next few days. Three days went by, no call or email. A week and 2 days, still no communication. So, I called and spoke to someone. They answered and I told them who I was and why I was calling and the response I got was “oh yeah, we’re not gonna hire you”. Now, I’m okay with being rejected, that doesn’t bother me. What bothers me is being told I would be notified and then not being notified. Also, the wording should have been different. The way I was told I didn’t get the job wasn’t very professional, in my opinion. All is good though, I just want someone to be aware of the situation. I hope future potential employees get more respect.

Caring to recognize regular customers with genuine friendliness. Largest assortment of organic fresh vegetables. Better quality Bison almost $2 cheaper than lngles and Aldis when they have it. Best selection of best fish and chicken eggs breads and cheeses. Prices with Amazon Prime specials, “whole” organic foods which mean more nutrition for less food, the clean atmosphere and great variety make Whole Foods Market my favorite food store, and where l save the most money every week.

Had to call. There is a scam going on that is using this store name. They are sending out fake checks for people to try to cash to do secret shopper! They want you to put the check into your bank account and alot of banks make funds available right away then when check doesnt clear people are left owing a lot of money! Thanks to a manager at this location I saved myself a lot of trouble!

This grocery shop that was near our place was the best! The entire place is very neat and tidy.The employees were very welcoming and helpful. Their cashier was very friendly. Weve been known him since we do our groceries here for years now. Hes old but very kind .

Had what I needed and the staff was pretty nice! First time actually shopping in this store, usually I just order and pick up. Masks were required.

The Greenville SC Whole Foods is the quality you would expect from Whole Foods. They carry a nice selection of vegan foods, the bakery is good. However, this store is often out of stock of popular items. I was disappointed during my last trip because they were out of pizza dough, the Gardein Holiday Roast, vegan donuts, and vegan oatmeal raisin cookies. My last trip the bakery was out of cannolis. Unlike most Whole Foods, they do not sell fresh pasta or bake their own bread. The store also seems understaffed with no one available to help in the grocery section.

I went in to get a plate and a dessert. Unfortunately, I had missed it. The bar had already been taken down and the dessert wrapped up and put away. I love that place though. Anything different in the natural and organic line that I cant find any where else, I find it there. The employees are usually very helpful and well informed about their products. I always have a great experience. It would be nice to one closer to me than Greenville though.
