WAY too small with WAY too many members with more treadmills than all weightlifting equipment combined. Packed out from 6am to 10pm every day of the week, cant even get a set in without some dude wanting the machine youre on. But hey, its a nice little money pit for the owner, he knows what hes doing 🤷‍♂️

Smaller gym, quiet which I love. Front staff is amazing. Only thing I don’t like is the tanning beds can only be used when staff is working.

Looks can be deceiving. Nice looking place but way too much cardio equipment and not enough weights. basically only 1 of each strength equipment and no more. Not even an extra squat rack or bench press. Was always waiting on equipment.Also, if you cancel you have to pay for an extra month unless you cancel a month early. And if your yearly rate guarantee fee is due in the next month then you get charged for that as well. This is in the contract but not well spelled out and definitely not verbally disclosed.

The facility is crowded. The sanitation of the machines are left to members, which is a pre-Covid practice that they have done nothing to improve on. After a month of trail, I decided to cancel my membership, and found that it cannot be done in person or over the phone! Apparently, your membership number is different from youragreement number, and I was given a third party website to cancel my membership. This website requires you to create an account, which I did. I consider myself fairly tech savvy, and after about 10 minutes of looking around the site, I decided to save my time, and stopped automatic charges from my bank account instead for subsequent months of membership.Needless to say, I am very disappointed with their service.

Edit: I was corrected on how long I waited. So Im updating this. I came in to get membership info. I wandered around for 5 minutes and never found an employee. The PC at the front desk was left unlocked with somebodys account and picture up. I could have sat down and browsed customers if I wanted. I called the main number 609-4500 on the sign (I confirmed the website number and the number on my phone history) 10 times and it rang to a cell phone that has a full mailbox. Someone obviously had the desk phone forwarded to a cell phone. Thats unacceptable for a business. So there your correction from 10 to 5 minutes. And personal info left open on a PC at the desk? Still a poor first impression.

Apparently new management- canceled my membership today. Very snarky staff and high pressure sales tactics. Used to have some nice people but they must be losing money so they are upping the sales pressure. Anytime fitness is a better place to workout with more equipment. Notice their good reviews are older.

They did a poor job on the paperwork in their Asheville location. Charged me for months after we canceled the membership for my under-aged daughter. I was told to go back to their location and sign something else. I did it and they forgot the part about the refund. Poorly managed.

Clean and a decent selection of weights.

Nice deal, accessible 24/7. Elliptical brand isnt the most enjoyable. But a quality place. Hydro massage and tanning for free with the premium packages.

Very nice especially for being so small. My sister is a huge fitness enthusiast and last time she visited we toured all the gyms in Greenville. Workout Anytime is the best bang for your buck. Id i had more money maybe Id be at Golds but this is perfect for what I need. Its never busy, the staff are very friendly, and its open 24/7. Also pretty good variety of equipment and in tip top shape. Im very pleased and wont be switching gyms soon.

The equipment is nice and it has a fair amount of space, but there isnt really good spot to put down a mat and do abs or yoga/stretching. Also, its a bit of a bro-fest during the busy times. There is often one or more groups of guys hanging on equipment, chatting, showing off, and generally being in the way of others trying to workout. If you can go during the less busy times, it is way better. The membership fees are cheap, but I find myself avoiding it after work because I just dont feel comfortable there. Ill probably switch to a different gym at the end of the month.

My schedule is crazy so I need a 24 hour gym. Tanning bed showers and plenty of weight. The staff is cool too.

Signed up August 1 2017 very comfortable and friendly folks. Staff is nice. Its 1.2 miles from my home, so no excuses. I highly recommend this gym.

This location of Workout 24/7 is pretty nice. Barbell exercises, such as squat and deadlift are allowed here. The gym includes a nice filtered water cooler and a spacious locker room. This isnt my home gym, but a location I visit when Im in Greenville. The one complaint I have about this location is the smell of the lockers. I might expect the smell of public lockers to be a bit less than fresh, but the smell of the lockers at this location are really strong and reminiscent of the smell of sewage treatment facility. I can smell the smell on anything I put in the locker for days afterward.

One star because I had to choose something, Equipment is fine. Gym is small. Air condition does not work half of the time. Management staff is extremely unprofessional, dishonest and does not care about your safety. Buyer be VERY aware.

Workout Anytime is a great gym with wonderful staff. Im so glad my husband and I joined. We are working towards our fitness goals and made some great friends along the way.

Terrible customer service Ive tried to cancel my membership and was told it expired and yet Im still charged. Its clear the people running this place are incompetent and have no idea what there doing. Beware find another gym.

Extremely poor customer service. Called 2 months ago to cancel. Left 2 voicemails. After they finally answered I thought I was done. Then a month later I start getting calls to update my credit card. I said I canceled already they said I didn’t. Now they keep calling me and harassing me and my wife. I haven’t been to this gym in over 3 or 4 months.

This use to be my favorite gym. Dont know what has happened lately. Some weird guy shows up and everything changes. Some of my favorite people no longer work there.

It is always busy when I go, plus people tend to come in groups and I dont think they all have memberships. They tend to sit at equipment and look at their phones keeping you from using the equipment.
