Was very short with me and didn’t even give me any kind of recommendations for my issue. Everybody else seem warm and welcoming. I prefer the nurse practitioner honestly. I will be letting them know how I felt.

Joanne matthews is the most unprofessional. Cant show up for schedule procedure on time. Sitting here actively at the hospital since 7am... And since 8am we have been told, she is running late and on the way. Awful awful care provider. Get someone else. Awful awful awful.It is now 9.14am... she finally showed up... When addressed as to why she was late she ignored my mothers question... Acted as if we ignorant... Bad bed side manner. This woman should not be a medical doctor. Awful.My mother had a neck spinal fusion last year and cannot turn her head... When even tellling the doctor she couldnt see her or turn her head. Mathews refused to step into her field of vision. This woman made no apology. Absolutely... Awful. I come from a family of doctors. Absolutely uncalled for.

Dr Matthews was amazing! Before the procedures she talked to me about everything & then after she explained all of my results in a very clear way that I could understand. All of the staff was super friendly & kind. Even got a call the next day to make sure I was still doing ok and see if I had any questions or concerns.

Awesome experience! Very professional and proficient. Will be making patient referrals to her practice.

I am in her office with my neighbor. She did not want to take time and listen to her. She was very curt. I went to her for over 4 years with a Gall bladder issue and she did not diagnose it a PA did from her office when she LISTENED to me.
