If it was possible to comment without giving a star they would get no stars. My child had a very good assessment there and I expected a lot of good things for my child after Talking with them. They are supposed to be good with children however, she would miss the daycare visit my child goes to week the after. When a month had passed I called them. I spoke with Stacy and told her I understand things happen but keep me informed when shes not coming because that was very unprofessional. She agreed and apologized so we started over. ask her to keep me informed to call me when she visits and Ive got one called that was the first visit and havent gotten a call since then. She was supposed to go weekly and then she tells me it was every other week and I know what she told me. She didnt call and inform me of what shes doing with her whats going on or anything my child is less than 3 years old I expect phone calls from anybody who interacts with her on a professional basis! If I did this at my job I would get fired. So I fired her from seeing my child and nowt assistant said she cant get me her records! My child is a person and they are getting paid for services. Bad business!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never been treated with such disrespect and Unprofessionalism. I am utterly surprised that this place is still in business. I have been trying to get an appointment with Stacy to start services since two weeks before Thanksgiving. She rescheduled last minute on me on three separate occasions. I was finally able to get an appointment without her canceling first on January 29 of 2020. When I got there she was unpleasant and unfriendly from the beginning. After filling out paperwork she asked me to tell her more about why I was there for counseling, while explaining my traumatic event, she cut me off and began to victim shame me and told me I basically deserved what happened to me because I put myself in the situation, which even if that HAD been true, it is never okay for someone in her position to tell someone what happened to them was their own doing. Ever. I spoke up and told her it wasn’t my fault I wouldn’t be made to feel that way, and that I didn’t want to talk about it anymore because she was making me uncomfortable, she then stood up and told me to leave and find somewhere else to get counseling. When I asked her why she was asking me to leave she just kept saying “thank you, goodbye”. I have most of this incident on film still deciding on what to do with it but something absolutely will be done about this, this place needs to be shut down and Stacy needs to lose her license. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, there is no excuse for her behavior. If you value your mental health I would highly not recommend this place at all, please do not go here if you need real help.

The lady we had is always late or cancels and sometime dont call or even show up i strongly dont recommend this place
