Neglected, and mistreated. developed thyroid orbitopathy because nurse did not take my illness seriously.

Thought I was seeing an actual doctor but instead I was seen by a nurse who said My child might be placed on medication but they would call if so. I didn’t even get a call saying they were prescribing medication until the pharmacy called. When I asked what the medication was for from the pharmacist he said it is not a normal prescription given to a newborn and I shouldn’t give the medication to my child. The medication was later said to be a precautionary measure but it’s not necessary. Any right minded parent would not start their child on medication that’s not necessary especially for a newborn who could be on the medication for years to come. Give me FACTS not PRECAUTION.
