We had Dipple electric come out and install some fixtures for us. Josh was our tech. and he was awesome! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Some of the work that was done before him was done incorrectly, he quickly found the issues and repaired them the right way. We will need some more work done here soon and Ill be sure to call Dipple again and ask for Josh.

Justin Howard one of your technicians was awesome! He was very courteous, conscience of our home and knowledgeable regarding the issue at hand. My a/c was out for 3 weeks. The man that put it in would not repair it. I called around and no one would fix it. Today Michael and Hunter came out to work on our plumbing. They were very polite and efficient. It looks like we had plumbers work on our house as it was being built and they did a terrible job. Before you use this company, shop around for a much better price. Quoted me $331 for a capacitor. There was more quotes too but this was the problem that caused my ac to quit working. Called 2 other companies and they quoted $95 and $125 for the same part and there diagnostic fee was less than half. $331 for a $10 part is insane. I know you pay for the knowledge too but this seems more like a crime. I have been told there prices are very high but never would have imagined this high. Want some advice? Call around first!

Our AC broke suddenly and we were able to get someone out the day of (which was such a relief). Craig G. Is the man that came to repair it and he was the best! He came on time and fixed my AC very quickly. His customer service was just as fantastic as his work. We’re super thankful since it’s just now getting so how out!! Called and Samantha was very nice. She got some information and said technician would call between 10-12 thats he’s on his way. He did. He had to replace flange in bathroom and did that by digging up concrete slab around it. I was worried about replacing floor but Danny did an excellent job. Even with clean up. They made my HVAC system more efficient with the maintenance that they performed and also went the extra mile by fixing the duct work in the crawl space and reconnected the tubing in order to make it cool the house better. I would recommend Dipple and Craig and David to my family and friends and would gladly have them come back to my house in the future to render more services.

I just had a new A/C unit installed by Dipple. Craig (Sales) was very informative helping me understand the pros and cons of the different options - including units available from other manufacturers/competitors. I called Dipple at 4:50 and they had Adam out around 6pm. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and called to let me know the exact charge and that they could fix it immediately, which they did. Problem was resolved by 8pm. This involved pulling tree roots out of a sewer line, so was definitely a job we could not have done on our own in such a quick fashion. I would definitely recommend Dipple and thank Adam for the quick, professional service he provided!

We had used Dipple for our downstairs AC Unit replacement, and this past week our upstairs unit finally gave out after 20 years. We had scheduled an appointment from 2-4 pm on 5/27 - but we received a call around 2 saying our appointment had to be rescheduled because of another job... I was disappointed, especially because they might not even make it the same day. However, I received a call around 4:50pm from their Field Service Manager, Craig Gainey. He said he wanted to make sure he took care of us and that we were valued customers. Rarely do I believe a sales person when they take this approach, but Craig held up to his word every step of the way.They were able to get us squared away with a new unit ordered, our old unit patched up to run until the new one could get installed, and I felt like he truly cared about making sure we were taken care of. Its a rare thing in sales/maintenance but Craig, and also Ryan McCooey of Dipple Plumbing understand that it is about people and they want to help and take of them as if it were their own house. Craig at one point called Ryan to verify a price (telling me that he wanted to make sure I was being taken care of by the team dedicated to us) and Ryan said, while on speaker, that Craig needed to take care of us, because we were good customers. It was not a gimmick - they definitely meant it and this house appreciated it.I highly recommend them for any of your needs that they offer. I will be a loyal Dipple customer from here on out.

Dipple installed a new heating and cooling system in my house. Dipple was 1 of 4 competitors I quoted with and they won the business based on flexibility in negotiation. The pricing was reasonable based on my equipment and labor hour research I did. Only one other competitor had a better price but Dipple was willing to reduce below that quote but they were close in cost anyway. The installation crew was excellent and very professional. The guys went beyond making everything perfect even if it was a little more labor intensive. I hope the service and warranty will be as good as the installation but in am confident they will. Had my semi-annual inspection today by Craig at Dipple. Hes been here before and it helps to have some consistency in personnel. He demonstrated good knowledge of my systems, recommended some preventative maintenance (replace capacitors) and cleaned the entire system. I impressed with Dipple and highly impressed with Craig!

I was having an issue with a leaking ceiling, had other AC company come out and they calmed couldnt find anything wrong and that it was a roof issue. I called a roofing company and they calmed it was an AC issue. I found Dipple while doing a Google search, I called them so could get a third opinion. Their representative came out next day was able in a matter of minutes find out my issue and recommended a solution. While was at it, I got quotes on replacing the entire downstairs unit as well for that was also messed up.They had 4 people out in no time working on my home. Two upstairs and two downstairs, all four were completely professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions...Im definitely using them again, I actually already set an appointment up for another location of mine later week. On top of having their general contractor coming out to fix the ceiling damage. Theyre a complete one stop shop, glad I found it.

Used them for some work at our business. Horribly overpriced and did not return to finish final part of job. We had to hire another company to do that. We called and asked for a partial refund and were told the owner would follow up with us. Never did.

Dipple provided the lowest quote for both a tankless water heater and full electrical service upgrade. High quality work, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. They also provided some add ons which goes a long way to me becoming a repeat customer.

Sales people and management is ok to work with however, people who did the actual work are unprofessional. Took almost 2 months/6 visits to replace the air unit and closet door that was damaged beyond repair by the installation team. Glad not to be engaged with the company any more.

Eric and Danny installed a water heater for me on Christmas Eve! They were life savers! They both worked very hard! They were personally and friendly and answered all my questions. I made an appt. for Danny to return to my home to look at a link under my sink.Danny visited my house a second time on 12/30/20. to repair a link in my kitchen faucet. He replaced some old copper pipes and as before did an excellent job.

I used Dipple for HVAC and Plumbing services. For HVAC, Marius and Drew worked for three days in my crawlspace. They encapsulated the area to reduce moisture. The work they did was beautiful. My unit runs noticeably less than it did now and should extend its service life. They kept me informed and involved everyday. Moved our washer/dryer from the basement to the main floor. Dipple installed about 10 of new hot and cold water lines, standpipe with about 15 of PVC to nearest drain, and an Air Admittance Valve in the wall. They also closed/removed the old water lines in the basement. Cost was $1,487 + $199 for an annual service contract/warranty. The option without the annual service contract/warranty was markedly more and the annual service contract/warranty does not auto renew. Work was completed as expected and their team was professional. I would use them again without hesitation.Why 4 stars and not 5? The annual service contract/warranty could have been positioned better at the point of sale. Dipple had to follow up with me after my initial Google review to clarify the details.Full disclosure: the postcard I received from Dipple, immediately following the completion of the above work, said Id receive a $25 AMEX gift card for writing this review. Dipple also followed up after my initial Google review to clarify that they are discontinuing this program to avoid the perception that reviewers are compensated for their reviews.

Andrew (C. He has the same name but it is not me) responded to my request for service quickly and provided complete update solution to my issues. He was also willing to take the time to explain things to me as he progressed with the work. He arrived on time, finished the work completely and left the area much more organized than he found it! Their company has a service program that will have the HVAC, Plumbing and Electric reviewed twice a year for a reasonable price that definitely provides some peace of mind. I have used several plumber / HVAC companies in the past, but I am done looking! Andrew is a tremendous representative for an excellent company.

Vince was great! We are brand new homeowners and our air conditioning went out on a Sunday after owning the home for 10 days. Dipple was the only heating and air specialist that responded to our emergency needs. Vince showed up on time, told my wife exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. We had an old galvanized pipe rust out. Dipple was able to dispatch a plumber to our house in less than two hours. Patrick provided great service and jumped through some hoops to get our water back on. Patrick is a boss when it comes to plumbing. Their prices are definitely on the higher end, but work is excellent.

My daughter and son-in-law’s air conditioner went out Sunday afternoon, August 16. We were visiting from Alabama to help with our 6 day old and 2.5 year old grandsons. We were in a predicament since we have no other family in Greenville. We called Dipple, and within 30 minutes Craig Gainey arrived to check out the unit. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair being over 20 years old. Understanding our situation and knowing we had a 6 day old and 2.5 year old that needed to be cool, he offered to put in 3 portable air conditioner units to cool the house and expedite delivery and installation. Craig delivered the portable units, and spent extra time installing them and making sure they were working just right. They did a great job cooling the house. The new equipment was delivered on Thursday, and Craig B. Billy S. did a fantastic job with the installation. They made it a point to communicate the progress every couple of hours, what work was left to do, and were very pleasant to have around. They worked late into the evening to make sure we had the unit successfully installed. Dipple also let us keep the portable units through the weekend in case something unforeseen happened with the new unit. I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Dipple this week at a remarkably competitive price. All staff were professional, punctual, precise, and polite from initial contact and quote, to installation. I had a septic tank issue. The service person was professional and explained how the septic tank system works. His knowledge and experience made a big difference with my situation. I was given two options/possibilities to fix my system. We could not see the plug issue since the tank and lines are under ground. I went with options 1 (least invasive). The plug and outlet was bent. Billy fixed it and explained how to maintain and use the septic system. We are all happy 😃. Septic vs regular plumbing are different.

Discovered a dead thermostat yesterday evening - NOT a happy discovery amid 90-degree daytime temps. We were swiftly sorted out by Craig, who had a good guess as to what the problem was before hed even set foot in the house (and his hypothesis proved to be exactly correct). After prompt, friendly, and professional service, our airs back on and were breathing a sigh of relief!

Craig was great! He has the experience and skill to fix whatever is wrong with your house. We had a busted compressor in our air conditioner. He showed me the problem and was very honest and direct about what needed to be done to fix it. And he beat the price quote from the first company we called. They had identified the same thing but didn’t explain things like Craig did and just rubbed me the wrong way.Then he showed up exactly on time with the new compressor, finished early, and the air in my house feels great now. We live in a new(less than 1 year old) house. We had a bathroom sink that was clogging already and smelled bad. Mike and Ian arrived early (after calling) and cleaned gunk from the building process from the drain and tightened all the drain pipes (they were not tightened like they should have). They were very professional, cleaned and fixed everything and were on their way in a short amount of time. Cannot say enough about the job they did.

I just paid Dipple over $400 to fix two leaky toilet tanks. For 20 minutes on site. I would never had used them and would have fixed this myself with youtube directions had I known, but made a poor decision. Plumber showed up without the expected phone call, no mask. Definitely will never use the folks again.

We are very pleased with our service from Dipple Plumbing. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Mike (the lead technician) and the other technicians tried to resolve our plumbing issues without opening up any drywall and were successful. We were able to schedule appointments within a reasonable time frame and always received a call letting us know they were on their way. We will plan to use their service in the future.

Excellent service!! I recently had to replace my ac units and needed my ductwork redone, they were prompt with being able to come out and give me a quote. I had gotten a quote from another company but really felt like Dipple delivered above and beyond with their findings and were honest about it! The gentlemen that came out to give me a quote and the technicians, were friendly, knowledgeable and explained every part of the process to me. I really appreciated their service and trustworthiness!

Marius & Drew were extremely professional and courteous when they were at my home replacing my condenser and coil. They were also extremely helpful with setting up some new thermostats. The entire process with Dipple was pleasurable and I would highly recommend their service.
