Today mark my 4-5 visit . I cannot say enough about the great people on staff. But my story started a few years ago when I suddenly had loss of vision in my left eye , I had an occlusion and was losing vision Dr Willis worked me in to her regular schedule patients and immediately called a specialist in Rockwell and got me relief and his name was Dr Abby . Without the help from both I could have lost my vision. So I can only speak the best again Dr Willis and staff plus Dr Abby .Since then I have had a couple eye issues and Dr Willis was super to work me in and take care of my problems,Thanks again

These people do Mynot understand people with a disability. fiance has an appointment at 9:20 am she is in a wheelchair chair, and she let them know two weeks ago when she made the appointment that she was in a wheelchair. She was eight minutes late to her appointment, and when she got there. There was no one else in the office. The eye doctor refused to see her because she had to leave early today. They should understand that when someone has a disability, and is in a wheelchair that it takes them longer to get ready.

Had a great experience with Dr. Willis and her whole staff! They were all very helpful and answered all my questions. I will always come back for my annual eye exam!

Excellent first experience. The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. They explained everything, listened to and answered my questions, and provided efficient yet thorough service. I was looking to make a switch to an eye doctor closer to home, and Im VERY glad to have found Dr. Willis office in nearby Greenville. Excellent, well run organization.

The place is very neat and clean and the staff is very professional and helpful. My visit went very well with various tests offered and performed. The Dr. Was very kind in telling me what each test was and what to expect. My wife and I will call this our office when we might need their services in the future.

I went here before Dr Williams retired much happier with him. Been waiting on my lenses since 7/10. Since I was told that it normally does not take 7-10 days to get, meanwhile they didn’t tell me that they were going to be on vacation the whole time either. It’s now Thursday still waiting on a call to see if my lenses are in still no response. I won’t be back here again and the person who books all the appointments is rude and doesn’t care how much money someone is out of pocket for which is 444.00 for just lenses and the exam . OMG what did I just do. Just called the office to find out about the lenses.....they are in, but the whole point is that I have to check up on the progress, still no call like they said.

My family found Texas Optical Center after an eye accident. Dr. Willis and her staff worked us in that day. After that the entire family sees her for our annual eye exams. Texas Optical has a small glasses shop and will work with you to find the best lens option for your price range without trying to upsell you on more expensive options.

Best experience ever.. full stop. I have a fear of eye drs. After a decade went to her for an emergency twice and could in no way be more pleased. You are wasting your time going somewhere else.

This office was very friendly from the time I arrived until the time I left. Everyone took their time and answered all my questions. Dr Willis was very thorough and knowledgeable. They all even helped me select the right pair of glasses! Thank you Dr. Willis and office staff!

Everyone was very professional. I got in at my appointed time and didnt have to wait. The doctor is very sweet she is not pushy at all and if you dont need new glasses she doesnt push it for them.

Terrible! Their mission statement is a lie! They dont care about or respect anyone. That is how they made me feel! I have a family of six. After billing my insurance that can add up to a lot of money that your business couldve made. I guess this business is making money hand over fist that they feel they can treat people this way. Their loss, Ill give my money to another optometrist.You dont ever sit on your skinny or fat butt whatever it may be and laugh at a perspective customer, or make them feel like youre laughing at them. And, you definitely dont wait and let them approach you for help!

I accidently broke my glasses over the weekend and my doctor could not get me in for an appointment on Monday. I called this office and they were able to get me in that same day (Monday) which was so helpful because I had to wear my prescription sunglasses all weekend. The doctor was very thorough. Jeremy the Optician is very knowledgeable and was able to take my old lenses and put them into my new frames while I wait to get my new lenses, that was such a relief and VERY much appreciated !!! For the past 10 years I bought my glasses at Visionworks (Lenscrafters) in Rockwall, but they were always so high pressure about buying all of their add on things, so it was very nice to see that not all places are like that, there was no pressure at all at Texas Optical, so this will be my new place for eye exams and glasses.

Dr. Willis is very thorough and does not rush. Truly cares for her patients.
