2 month wait to see a nurse practioner even with a urgent referral.Walked in to drop of some records at 5 minutes before close. No patients in the lobby, but Sir, please wear a mask! Has everyone sold their souls to CCP?Dobwe have any medical facilities that are not bowing down to the system?

No matter what time your appointment is, no matter what time you arrive, doesnt matter if the waiting room is packed or empty, you will always wait 1-2 hours. Guaranteed. Even for something as simple as removing stitches. Absolutely no reason for these garbage wait times. Completely kills your whole day.

Nurse and lady up front was wonderful but the Dr. or NP I had was a horrible excuse of a human being! I ended up walking out and going to the ER! He was going to make me wait till the following week to do images, wouldn’t help with the pain, wouldn’t listen when I told him I had a kidney stone and was trying to pass it or that I have them all the time and I knew what was happening. Abbeville ER helped me that day, set me up with a great Dr. and I passed 2 kidney stones on September 10th. I went to this office here on September 7th. I will never come back to this place again. If I had the option of no stars, that’s what I would give it.

This office is horrible. i dread going back, i was accused of drug seeking because i was still in alot of pain after breaking my leg i was told by the dr that there were people in there with worst breaks then mine which there are and im sorry my leg dont feel how you think it should. on yop of that i was in the waiting room for almost 2 houds then put in another waiting room for another 45 minutes and then waited in the room for over and hour to finally see a doctor, the staff was rude, disregards concerns and belittled me as a patient i dont ever want to deal with this office agian!

If my sergeon wasnt one of the most awesome people Ive ever been worked on by and met, Id have gone someplace out by now. Bring a book and lunch though, youre going to spend between 1 and 3 hours in the waiting room. Your referal and appointment time, regardless of arrival, mean jack sh/÷ here. The wait is much longer then the appointment usually. Real quick about your billing paperwork though.

It’s freaking trash. Too much wait time regardless if you’re on time. The doctors and nurses do NOT care about you and are definitely not careful with you. BEWARE. DO NOT COME HERE.

Surgery/Ortho Clinic has always taken great care of me. The staff are always helpful and nice. The doctors are very professional and have treated me with respect and excellent care . I highly recommend them.

I had no problems out of this office I was in and out within an hour staff was friendly and Dr Cole was awesome

I can’t even begin to explain how absolutely disgusting this place is. I’m under sponsorship and would really love to know if there’s any other clinic or doctor I could go to for my follow up appointment next week. I seriously do not want to step foot in this clinic again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It takes FOREVER to be seen! Literally you sit in the waiting room and you have to wait over an hour (in my case). Unfortunately been there 3 times, and always wait more than an hour after the nurse takes vital signs just to see a doctor for like 5 minutes..

I transported a friend here today. We spent several hours getting on site x-rays, an exam and time in the cast room. Staff was friendly and courteous. Dr Garrity explained the care plan thoroughly. Thank you for your service to the community and your kind words to both of us.

All staff including doctors were very pleasant and thorough.

1. Dirty facility. Overflowing trash cans, dirty linen containers touching items used in exams2. Takes forever to be seen.3. Crowded hallways and staff talking to patients about private information while standing in hall.4. I saw not one single person wash their hands even one time during the visit. I went with a patient and observed little regard for sterility or cleanliness.

I went to this clinic under sponsorship and was seen by two different doctors, the first doctor, doctor Sims was as great the second doctor dr. Poole lied to me and told me that sponsorship did not exist anymore and kicked me out on the street. I have at least ten ruptured discs spinal stenosis loss of function in my left arm loss of function in my left leg and they kicked me out saying there was nothing wrong with me even after the MRIs prove that there were. and the only thing that doctor Pool could keep saying was hes not a drug dealer and hes not going to give me pain pills even though I cannot sleep at night and cannot function throughout the day without a pain pill dr. Poole said they, pain pills, would not work but they do. doctors are too quick to accuse everybody of being junkies nowadays because people dont know how to take their medicine as prescribed and overdosing and killing themselves and I have no pity on those people who have abused our medical system and made it tough for those of us who need these medicines to function in life. And that really infuriates me that dr. Poole lied to me his patient, and said there was nothing that he could do for me.

I have never experienced such rude and uncaring staff in my life. Loretta is terrible on the phone and customer service, she comes off as lazy and does not take any initiative to help you. She is rude and unwilling to even get off her chair to find out anything to help you, basically she blows you off as quickly as possible. In my case I broke my foot on a Wednesday and was initially seen at Greenville Hospital Systems ER. They referred me to this teaching clinic. I wish I could rate this place as a big fat 0!! The ER only issued enough pain meds for 2 days. Believe me when I say I was in PAIN! I started calling the clinic right away to get a prescription to last until I could be seen which was 7 days later. I called a total of 9 times only to be told to leave a message on the prescription line, which I did each time (literally crying) I was told they check messages every 2 hours and I would get a call back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! I signed into My Chart and sent a direct message to the doctor, NEVER HEARD BACK!! It amazes me how ANY doctor could just leave someone in so much pain and not think twice about it. I cancelled my appointment and went to St. Francis ER, I explained the situation and they saw me right away, treated me so kindly, and took more x-rays. They found I actually had more broken bones than what GHS told me. Right away (literally within 30 minutes) they sent me to see the most sought after foot specialist, Dr. Tollison at Peidmont Arthritis Center. He is absolutely the best! Took very good care of me, I cannot say enough good things about him and the St. Francis Hospital (Bon Scours) System. GHS, now Prisma, is the absolute worst! Every time Ive gone there I was misinformed, treated poorly, and shuttled out like cattle to find my own way. Please, if you ever find yourself in a medical emergency go to St. Francis where they have real doctors and specialist on hand. GHS is a teaching hospital, chances are you will see a resident with little specialized training. I have since spoken to several people who have had horrible experiences with this place and GHS. Hope this helps someone!
