I am a patient here and have always had a positive experience. The doctor takes time to listen to your complaints and has enough experience to immediately determine what may be the cause of your problems. the administration here works hard to get you the help that you need. i have had issues with my insurance over the last year and they have worked diligently to ensure that I get the medication I need and continue to put their best effort in. I thoroughly recommend this office to any one who has mental health issues that need to be addressed.

I have been seeing Dr. Mayo for 15 years. She has always been very attentive and extremely kind. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The front office staff have always been so nice and very accommodating. Thank you Dr. Mayo and staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called bc I have to transfer psychiatrist where my insurance had changed, and the receptionist was very polite and friendly. The place I had called before (port) the receptionist was rude and I immediately changed my mind. I hope all the staff is as nice as the woman I talked to when I go to my first appointment. It is very off-putting when you get treated for anxiety if the people at the office sound like jerks on the phone....but this place seemed like the best option for me when she answered and I immediately felt relieved.

They do have a lot of problems with phone system. However, the staff are very nice and has been the one & only medical facility that I have actually enjoyed my since I maoved to North Carolina

No one answers their messages or bothers to return phone calls about their patients and the voicemail is full....
